Great spot on the 16th floor for our family! Very clean, easy check in and check out process. Very thankful for the extra beach toys, boogie boards, and towels. Would stay again.

The property was perfect for what we wanted. The extras small things really showed the owner Anne wanted you to feel at home and had what you may need to enjoy the vacation. The storage closet was stocked with space chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. She even had a basket of beach towels if you forgot yours or needed one while yours was being laundered. The kitchen was stocked with needed cooking items, coffee pots & Keurig, plastic containers which came in handy during the week. One thing that we found broken was blender but there was another one in the cabinet which we ended up using for protein shakes. I would stay here again without a question and have stayed in Myrtle Beach for 5 years each Summer at different condos previously.

We loved our stay. The condo was exactly how it showed in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked for anyone who cooks. The beds were comfortable, and when we return to Myrtle Beach, we will book this condo again!! A bonus was the ice cream/snack shop right around the corner!!!

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful condo in perfect location. The condo is large and perfect for a big family. We stayed a month and throughly enjoyed all aspects of the condo and property. Definitely will consider this condo for our annual trip going forward.

Relaxing stay

Unit is a good size with plenty of room. Kitchen had appropriate tools so you can prepare your own meals. Could use a deep cleaning but otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Family vacation

We were all very pleased with the unit. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outside storage closet was handy. Location very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The owner and property manager were very helpful with all requests and questions we had. Next time we go back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely rent this unit again.

Relax, Connect, Recharge

We loved staying at Crescent Shores. The condo was clean, the common areas near the lobby and pools were cleaned regularly. We truly were able to relax and reconnect as a family. We love the beach and hope to be back!

Family Vacation

Everything was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The condo was everything and more than I expected. The owner is AMAZING!! It was so nice to be together with our children and their son. The location was perfect!! Will 100% stay here on our next beach trip!!!

Beautiful property, excellent location

This condo is right in the middle of everything - close to shops but not next to them so you don't get all the foot traffic and Noise, close to several restaurants and within easy biking distance of many more. The condo itself is well-appointed and spacious. The owner and the manager are incredibly responsive to the smallest thing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Myrtle 2025

This is the second year in a row for us renting Annes condo, we love it, the location the cleanliness, the qyick response if we need anything.... We will probably ask her again for 2026, thank you Anne and Carisa for everything, Jeff & Tammy :)

Everything was extremely nice and clean. We came into some problems with appliances and the AC and the owner had the problem resolved/replaced same day or very quickly. The only negative is that the beds are a little on the hard side. I think adding a topper would make the world of difference. Overall a great stay!

Relax with no Worries

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is worth the stay! Very organized and tastefully decorated. The lazy river was a hit for the three year old.

A Great North Myrtle Beach Getaway!

This is our second time in NMB and the condo was the best unit we have stayed in over the last 7 years. There were enough kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. that you could just move right in. Normally we would have to pick things up, but not this time. For being in a 20 year old development, the unit was basically perfect. It looked as if everything had been renovated and updated within the last year or two. Everything was fantastic from the booking through the checkout process. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to travel to NMB. Thanks again for the great family vacation!Alex

Would stay here again

Plenty of space for us (2 adults and 2 babies). Could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly - kitchen sink, bathrooms, floors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a large window that faces the walkway outside - have blinds but definitely need a curtain to block out the light. We really liked the location. Right across the street is a little convenience store and ice cream/snack place. Easy to get to the main highway to do things too. Outdoor pool is great as well as the lazy river. Can rent umbrella & chairs right on the beach (would definitely do this!). Staff members were very helpful and friendly, too. Really enjoyed our stay!

Hello Kelsey, I was glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and would like to return. We would be delighted to have you and your family again. I understand you weren’t entirely satisfied with the cleaning. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. We have a protocol which we like to follow. First an inspector arrives before the cleaning staff to inspect for damages. Then the cleaning staff comes onsite. Lastly the inspector returns before check-in at 3pm to make sure the condo is in pristine condition. Unfortunately, when the inspector arrived at 2:15pm you had already arrived and were unpacking. I know it may have looked clean, beds made, towels out and already to go. But it wasn’t. When possible, we try and accommodate our guests with an early check-in time. You just needed to let us know first. Of course, if anything is not to your complete satisfaction, please contact us immediately! Looking forward to having you stay with us next year. Spring 2023

Condo was great.. did not know upon arrival construction was going on.. lazy River not open due to construction.. only one elevator working.. unfortunately woke up at 7:40 to construction work being done… owner and manager were easy to communicate with and relayed our concerns… condo and location were great!!..

Overall a nice experience

The condo was clean and well organized. It was as advertised. The bathrooms could use lighting updates, but overall were ok. My only complaint is that I was informed by email that I would receive a “code” for the lock box—- I did not. I had to call and as it was a madhouse due to everyone trying to check it—- this made it very frustrating and delayed check-in. It was also stated in an email that there was parking for one car under the buildings with other parking across the street. This is NOT the case. Owner parking only under the buildings. It is an inconvenience parking across the street. It also said we would receive a text with departure instructions 2days prior to check-out and I didn’t receive it until the morning of. It would be more convenient if the instructions were in the notebook in the condo. Overall it was a nice stay.
