If this condo is available - BOOK IT! The condo is spotless, roomy, comfortable & in a great location. The kitchen has nice appliances and is well stocked with everything you could want/need. The view is amazing and our group especially appreciated the amount of seating available on the deck. The storage unit outside of the front door is well stocked with lots of beach gear. Mark & Charina are exceptional hosts who communicated very well throughout the rental process & also added extra information and touches which made their condo & our vacation top notch! I hope we get to stay there again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. Some issues with the entrance key pad and one of tubs did not drain well. They were very good at getting back to us and keeping us posted.

Property was very clean , host was easily accessible via text and email. The rental was at great location. The only negative is the building has limited handicap accessible parking in the building . Which makes it a little inconvenient for when traveling with elderly with limited mobility. But over all great experience.

The room was wonderful, accommodating our big big family perfectly! The host was always very quick to respond to any questions quickly and to give very thorough instructions and information for check in/out and the whole stay in general. They also sent us restaurant and places to go recommendations. The view was amazing and we loved sitting in the big balcony as a family. Overall, the whole trip was so fun and having a good host and a wonderful place to stay made it so much better. 10/10 for me!

Everything was amazing from the time we booked the rental until the time we left. Mark sent out check in instructions ahead of time along with tons of info. We were able to check in early, which was awesome after traveling. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, and having access to the pools in addition to the beach was awesome. We spent tons of time sitting on the balcony and watching the waves (and sunrise). Mark was super helpful and even sent us a link to a cool love cam of the beach. Best rental experience we have had! I hope we get to come back!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was exceptionally clean. The owners reached out to us several times during our visit to make sure everything was running smoothly. I definitely give this place a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it. Couldn't ask for a better beach view!!

This property is a great value if you are looking for a place on the ocean with a lot of space. Good sized bedrooms and beds, plenty of bathroom space. Clean. Convenient location - plenty of restaurants and all you need within a couple of mile radius. So easy to get to the beach. The best part of the trip!Mark is an excellent host and will quickly respond to your questions or any problems that may come up. Beat the crowds with check-in and check-out with an early arrival if possible. It seems like everyone arrives close to the same time on Saturdays for check in. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. My boys loved the pools and the hot tub. The location was right on the beach and convenient to restaurants and activities. Mark was friendly and helpful in his communications. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks so much.

The condo was very clean and in good condition. There was a receipt on the fridge showing that the carpet and upholstery had been cleaned recently which was awesome. The master bed was comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. I liked having the shoe racks at the door to hold everything and it was very nice having all that equipment in the closet to use on the beach. The only thing I would report is that the sliding door was very difficult to open if you closed it all the way. We often had to get someone from inside open it because you couldn't get your hand in there to get enough grip to open it if it was closed all the way but not sure if that is anything that can be corrected. The owner was very attentive and responsive throughout and that was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying again.

This host is truly a standout. He checked with us throughout our stay and quickly responded to any concerns. The unit was exactly as described and provided plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked well. This is definitely a unit we would return to for a future vacation. Thanks for a nice time!!

The view was outstanding. They had a well stocked kitchen. Pictures posted was very accurate of the condo. If we need a unit that large again we definitely stay there again!
