We loved being right on the beach and had a beautiful view. Rick was a great host and we’ll definitely be back to stay next time we go to Orange Beach!

Beautiful little condo

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The condo was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 young children. The view was spectacular. Location is perfect, close to restaurants and activities. The condo had was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Love the view & easy access to the beach.

The location is great. Close to restaurants & Publix. You can’t beat that view. I like that it’s on the 2nd floor. We used the stairs a lot. Would stay here again.

Little things

Have been going to Tidewater for many years, love the location. Little things are appreciated, bath mat, rugs, under cabinet lighting, etc. The condo was clean, fresh and uncluttered. Somewhere we will stay again.

Perfect condo with a great view

Easy rental and check in/out experience. Good communication from the owner. Great beach access and great location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of town. Just me and my daughter stayed here to attend the hot air balloon festival and have some down time on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and really just slept in the condo. We will stay here again.

Good overall

Some parts of the condo weren’t very clean. The bedroom bed is very uncomfortable but worth it for the location.

Love the area.

We love the area, have been here several times and not our first stay at Tidewater. We like to cook and do our laundry on vacation. A little disappointed on cleanliness. The vents, fans, and doors need a good scrub.. not just in this until but I’m the entire complex. We cleaned out the ice maker and the dryer vent (you couldn’t get it to close due to the amount of lint). Still enjoyed our stay!

A New Favorite

If I could've rated everything 10 stars I would have. From the moment we booked the property, everything was perfection. Communication from the owner was TOP NOTCH. Unit was SUPER clean and exactly as advertised. Fit our family of 4 perfectly and the walk to the beach was lovely and the pools were wonderful. Condo was well stocked with all the necessities and more and loved the overall size of the complex itself. A lot more personable than the high rise condos. Will definitely be staying at this unit again. Thanks to Rick for our lovely last minute stay :)

Overall, pretty good. Bedroom NEEDS either blackout curtain or black out shade. The outside security light on condo is right outside of the bedroom window.

Great view and location

The view was amazing and great access to the beach. The pool was a nice plus. The size was decent but for a family of 4 might need something bigger next time. The owner was easy to talk to and we were able to check in earlier so that was very appreciated. There were just a few minor items that could be better next time. Like having to buy toilet paper and trash bags because only one was provided of each. Other than that an overall great stay.

Grew up vacationing in Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area. Previously owned a condo in Gulf Shores for ten years and regretted selling unit, so we looked and looked and fell in love with the Tidewater property and the location.

We bought this property because of the location, the amenities, and the condition of the unit. Unit has spectacular direct view of Gulf of Mexico and is located on a lower floor (which makes it more convenient). Property is gated which makes it safer for our guests.
