This Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a sitting area that leads out to the balcony. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The property that started it all, Phoenix I is the original! In 2018, the entire building received a complete update. Some of those improvements included energy-efficient, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors facing the Gulf-front balconies. Also, a new beach boardwalk, improved grilling area, updated lobby and lighted Phoenix symbol on North of building, making it easily recognizable!

Enjoy the amenities available at Phoenix I featuring hot tubs, saunas, indoor racquetball and lighted outdoor tennis courts. Sweat it out in the fitness room, have a picnic under the gazebo, and take a dip in the solar-heated outdoor pool, including a kiddie pool!

You can take in the sunset from your own balcony or watch the waves on the sand. You’re only steps away from the edge of the water! Part of Phoenix I's appeal is its proximity to everything, including some of our most well-known and delicious seafood restaurants. Within walking distance are some local favorites!

The condo smells terrible! As soon as the door opens there is an overwhelming smell of urine! Could not even attempt to sleep on the pull-out couch as that is where the urine smell appeared to be coming from. The walls need painted. The towel racks and toilet paper holders are either missing or look like they’re about to fall off. But the odor throughout our stay ruined our whole trip! Do not book this property!

Ocean view was great, cleanliness of condo was good. Parking fee of 70.00 was ridiculous for three days. Master bathroom needs to be updated, faucets seem like they are going to fall off.

Never been updated, toilet loose in main, beds are hard as rocks, pillows are flat, there are only 2 chairs outside for 4 people, you have to pay extra for parking on top of what you are already paying as well as beach chairs, there are no beach towels, we ran out of toilet paper everyday, it was just awful. I have never picked a place to stay and been this disappointed.

We had a great family/friend vacation! Beautiful beach and water. Restaurants, coffeehouse, ice cream shops close by. Condo owners were very responsive when we had questions.

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great week. The condo was very nice and accomodated us very well. Nicely decorated...felt like a home away from home. The owners were great to deal with...very friendly and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Loved itttt

Location was everything for us as we stayed right across from some good restaurants! The view from the balcony was everything. It felt good to just be able to walk down stairs and not walk far to the beach. Everything was everything to say the least!

Amazing!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and offering stunning views. The condo itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The owners were fantastic with communication, always quick to respond and very helpful. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This was a nice unit with an excellent view of the beach. Everything you need for 2-4 guest. Weather was rainy everyday unfortunately.

Family Vacation

A great stay and fun on the beach. The elevators did great to the 11th floor with little wait once we got past the Sat. Check in hours. The condo was very nice and clean. The charcoal grills need an adjustable grate for the charcoal. The grill is deep and took significant charcoal to stay hot and cook.

Short birthday trip

The listing was perfectly described! We ended up with more children than at the original booking but the owners were very gracious about the last minute update. The space was a bit small for 7 but that is completely on me for adding additional bodies to the space. It is perfect for a family of four and it’s a great location with easy access to the beach and pool. We would definitely book again.

100 year snow storm

First we got in from Minnesota to a raging snow storm VERY FUNNYThe unit was clean one draw back for older is the stools very lowThe rest was great

The view was amazing and the location is good, but the individual condo we had needs work. The latch on the sliding door to the balcony is broken and kept falling off. Several light bulbs were burned out. The shelf in the freezer is rusted and looks awful. The compressor on the refrigerator is very noisy - sounds like it is going out. The Keurig coffee maker has an electric short in it and needs replacing. The toilet in the master bath room needs maintenance - it works, but only if you hold the handle down for a LONG time. Lastly, the building has 2 elevators but only one of them works, so be ready to wait your turn.
