A washing machine and dryer as well as a freezer are present in the laundry room. A magnificent terrace of about fifty m² on stilts in the middle of oaks offers a magnificent view of the valley where you regularly see the wildlife. The cottage is equipped with a pool of 8m by 4m with pool house, a playground for children, a lit pétanque court, a beautiful stone barbecue, a plancha and a large parking space. Many hikes are available on site, fishing lakes are located near the cottage. All shops are within a 5-minute drive.
