Welcome to your own private getaway right on Marco Island. This 1,400 square foot house sleeps six, with two queen beds, one sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

When you step inside, brilliance surrounds you. With plenty of windows, sunlight brightens the entire living space. Cozy furnishings and modern décor blend together to create an easygoing, yet formal, feel. A sectional sofa as comfortable as it is stylish provides you with the perfect spot to both watch the mounted big screen television and look out onto the natural beauty of the lanai.

The kitchen features pure white cabinets and granite countertops, and it comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the table.

In the both bedrooms, the windows will provide you with plenty of light to enhance the brightness of the rooms. In addition to this, both bedrooms provide you with a mounted big screen television that you can watch to relax before you enter dreamland. Both bedrooms offer ample closet and drawer space.

Now it’s time to step out onto the oasis that is the lanai. It’s encircled by palm trees and other greenery that completely hides it from view. The only sounds that disturb the silence are the kids splashing in the heated pool and burgers sizzling on the gas grill. The family-sized table beneath the overhead fan is the ideal setting for a poolside barbeque. As the tropical sun begins to set, enjoy the view of the sky changing from blue to a mesmerizing orange in the comfort of the luxuriating hot tub, cradling hammocks, or restful Adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit.

The house gives you comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You also have beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, which will come in handy when relaxing on Marco Island’s crescent shaped beach, with its warm sand, fabulous sunsets, and endless activities.

Take a parasailing cruise and see the sparkling ocean the way the birds see it. Charter a fishing boat or go on a shelling cruise. Take a Jet Ski tour of the Everglades. If total relaxation is more your style, lay back and watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf.
