Modern 2nd floor condo in the 4th ward neighborhood of Uptown Charlotte. Close to everything, but away from the noise at night.

The space
Close to restaurants, shops and parks. Walkable to just about anywhere in Uptown. Full kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Access to rooftop grill and patio and pool when open.

Guest access
The Rooftop Lounge and Grill Area and the Pool are available to all guests.

Other things to note
Parking is underneath the building and guests will have a dedicated space to park in. Access instructions will be sent to you 8 days prior to arrival and will include all the information you need to make your stay fantastic.

Good Central Location

Perfect spot for a couple, centrally located to everything we had planned, easy check in and a quiet spot. All around a good stay for our anniversary!

Perfect place and close to the airport

I enjoyed my stay. Communications from the owner made access to the building a breeze. The accommodations were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The bed was comfortable. Even with being close to the busy roadways, overnight noise wasn’t an issue. I’d stay here again.

Great stay

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The unit was very clean and had lots of conveniences. The location is great, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and activities. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Wonderful stay!! Just a little tricky for the check in part, but once you have it figured out, you feel very safe! I would suggest some type of special sticker for the lock holding the key fob so it is easier to find. Other than that, the property was nice, great location, quiet, clean and quick response by the owner!

In town for a concert

We had a terrific time and truly enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our needs, very clean and close to everywhere we needed. Very attentive owners. Would recommend and stay again.

Great check in instructions

We were in Charlotte for a concert at the Spectrum center. Condo was in a nice building- walkable to the concert. Really nice stay

Stay in Charlotte

My girlfriend and I attended a wedding in Charlotte and we stayed at this property. It was a great location. We could walk to many places in Charlotte or take a short uber/lyft ride to get anywhere we needed to meet our friends. It had plenty of space for two people to get ready for a wedding and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Great place to stay!

Property as pictured. Host made sure you had understanding of how to find property and obtain entry. Easy access from highway and great location to downtown and Bojo Coliseum. Enjoyed my stay.

Perfect!

This cute apartment was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. We visited Charlotte for The Eagles concert at the Spectrum Center. Everything we did was within walking distance so we never took our car out! The apartment met our needs perfectly and my communications with the management was very easy and pleasant. I would stay there again!

Very affordable, Great Shower!

Great coffee shop Queen City Grind just across the street. Plenty of space, just needed cotton sheets.. Bed was comfy but temper pedics foam mattresses can hold heat so bring a fan. Walking distance to everything. Big windows and a little vanity table near the natural light was great! Big screen TV too. Good books to read too. Check in during the day, as retrieving fob can be tricky in the dark. Building is 420 friendly, in case that offends you. I’m from Seattle so it does not.Host was attentive and got us inside fine at almost 11 at night.

Just ok

The actual room was nice … plenty of room, more than we needed. It was a bit difficult to navigate- as far as getting in and out. We were in walking distance of places to eat which was helpful. This is DOWNTOWN so it was noisy but not really a problem. Overall, good for what we needed.

The pictures looked very great, honestly a little deceiving, we cleaned the floors because they were dirty, a little tough to access, location was fair, overall it was decent but not our favorite stay.

Generally fits the bill nicely

It was convenient and quiet despite being close to a heavily trafficked road. The shower was very nice. Not quite in walking distance but easy access to all things Charlotte. Easy in and out. Only beefs were - 1 the bedding for pullout wasn’t in the marked closet and had to do a hide and seek and seek to find it (but was clean and adequate when located) 2-the gap above the built in divider between the bedroom and living area means light from one room shines into the other. 3-finding a comfortable way to lay on the pullout couch was challenging, but not impossible. Overall, it was value for the price.
