Modern 2nd floor condo in the 4th ward neighborhood of Uptown Charlotte. Close to everything, but away from the noise at night.

The space
Close to restaurants, shops and parks. Walkable to just about anywhere in Uptown. Full kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Access to rooftop grill and patio and pool when open.

Guest access
The Rooftop Lounge and Grill Area and the Pool are available to all guests.

Other things to note
Parking is underneath the building and guests will have a dedicated space to park in. Access instructions will be sent to you 8 days prior to arrival and will include all the information you need to make your stay fantastic.

Stayed at the property for a concert. The property representative was very responsive when we had any questions. Easy check-in and check-out. It was great having a parking garage as well. Will stay again!

Check in was easy. The kitchen had plenty of amenities. The bathroom does not have a vanity, but the size of the room and shower was good.

Good Central Location

Perfect spot for a couple, centrally located to everything we had planned, easy check in and a quiet spot. All around a good stay for our anniversary!

I had a wonderful stay. The location of the property is perfect. The internet kept on going in and out which made it difficult to watch TV and use the front lock pad at times. But the property owner got back to me quickly to resolve any issues or questions that I had with that. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the most comfy beds that I've slept in. They had everything that I needed and would stay again.

Nice and simple

Property was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and pleasant. Check in directions were clear and precise. Even though it’s located right beside the highway, noise was not an issue. I would definitely book this spot again.

The property was lovely! Clean, but the floors could have used a good dusting and mop. Communication with the property owner was quick, and the check in information was detailed. Location was okay, but nearby it gets a little iffy. Close enough where we could walk to anything uptown just fine! Overall a great stay.

It was a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed. Itvwas close to every thing we needed to do. Downtown was only a few blocks away. Many places to eat. Would definitely stay ahain if i visit Charlotte.

Wonderful stay!! Just a little tricky for the check in part, but once you have it figured out, you feel very safe! I would suggest some type of special sticker for the lock holding the key fob so it is easier to find. Other than that, the property was nice, great location, quiet, clean and quick response by the owner!

Great Location, Okay for a Short Stay

The location is excellent—right in downtown Charlotte and just a 20-minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Very convenient to restaurants and bars, which made getting around easy. The unit could definitely use a deep clean, and the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable. That said, it worked for a one-night stay. Parking was smooth with the provided instructions. Overall, it’s a decent option if location is your top priority.

Great place, the manager was a jerk for no reason tho

Loved the place but I did have a problem with how the manager spoke to me over text. Screenshots included. The information I needed was in fact NOT in the email and NOT in the VRBO chat it required me to download Adobe acrobat to download a whole welcome document. Great place tho. He deserves lower but I'll give him 3

Nice Stay

The place was really nice and felt safe. Very clean, host was responsive and accommodating by giving us an early check in to avoid festival traffic. Highly recommend

Very affordable, Great Shower!

Great coffee shop Queen City Grind just across the street. Plenty of space, just needed cotton sheets.. Bed was comfy but temper pedics foam mattresses can hold heat so bring a fan. Walking distance to everything. Big windows and a little vanity table near the natural light was great! Big screen TV too. Good books to read too. Check in during the day, as retrieving fob can be tricky in the dark. Building is 420 friendly, in case that offends you. I’m from Seattle so it does not.Host was attentive and got us inside fine at almost 11 at night.
