Modern 2nd floor condo in the 4th ward neighborhood of Uptown Charlotte. Close to everything, but away from the noise at night.

The space
Close to restaurants, shops and parks. Walkable to just about anywhere in Uptown. Full kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Access to rooftop grill and patio and pool when open.

Guest access
The Rooftop Lounge and Grill Area and the Pool are available to all guests.

Other things to note
Parking is underneath the building and guests will have a dedicated space to park in. Access instructions will be sent to you 8 days prior to arrival and will include all the information you need to make your stay fantastic.

Nice stay

Needed a place to stay near the spectrum center. Nice walk near great restaurants. Was great for a overnight stay

Nice Little Condo in Uptown

Nice little condo in uptown. Very walkable neighborhood. Some freeway noise. Was a little difficult to get elevator fob but all worked.

Concert

We stayed here to have a central location to heck out some breweries and restaurants in the area and it was perfect and exactly as advertised.

Unique stay

We were only in town for a night, but this was a cozy stay within walking distance of the Fillmore! I can't say much about amenities, because we really weren't in the room long. The bed was comfy :)

Comfortable and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. We were in the Queen City for a concert. The property was very clean and well-appointed. The noise from traffic was significant, but the host provided a white noise machine and earplugs, which we did not need to use.

It was a fine place but check in did not go well. I never received the code to get in and it took 45 mins to get the correct information. The host did apologize and sent it over

It’s cute and simple

We booked this little place to stay at after a concert that was unfortunately cancelled. So we originally only planned on sleeping here and not really using it for anything else. But where the concert was canceled, plans changed and we spent most of our day in the rental. I do have a few complaints, the key fob was a little hard to get to, I was so short I couldn’t reach it. And the tv was out dated. None of the free channels would work, it wouldn’t allow us to log into any of our accounts like Netflix/hulu/hbo max. It just kept kicking us out.and the parking garage is a little hard to get around in when you have.a larger vehicle, especially since the parking spot is right beside a pillar. But over all this place was cute. Clean, and in a good location!

City life

Upon arrival there was a homeless guy sleeping on a disguarded sofa at the parking lot entrance. Finding the correct lockbox for the elevator fob was a task. If I had been alone as a woman, this would have been more unsettling. This would be great for an adventurous young couple but not us older folks.

R&R Stay

Location was great. Walking distance to everything I wanted. Check in was a little crazy. Finding the correct lockbox on literally a wall of lockboxes was crazy. Area not well lit and not all boxes had numbers. Arrived at night so glad I had friend drop me off and was able to help find lockbox. I suggest reminding guest to be sure when leave and close door to hit number on lockbox to lock the door. It does not automatically lock when closed. Pool… very small and not in ideal area. Lastly location directly next to freeway and you can hear the traffic. Hence the bowl of earplugs on desk.

Our Charlotte VRBO stay was pleasant. Great communication with the property manager. Our unit was switched , which was great to have a comfortable king size bed. The unit was well equipped. Perfect for traveling business individuals in the area.

Close to Spectrum Great area

Overall good experience. There was an issue with getting key as repair man forget to leave it. So we left to get food while we ate. But Host responded right away to text to this issue. Condo was clean. No batteries in remote so couldn't watch tv & no tv service so would have to screen share your phone to watch. But we only stayed one night and we came for a concert at Spectrum so the distance was very close. Felt safe in area. Had difficulty finding the place when put in garage entrance as Host said to, but as soon as I put in the actual address of condo I found it easily (used Apple Maps). We didn't use kitchen but noticed it did have everything needed if you were to cook. The traffic at night was little loud but never heard any noise from other residents which was nice.Overall good experience.

Close to city & spacious

I stayed here with some friends before a concert and it was a great walking distance and we enjoyed sitting on the rooftop porch. Thanks for the stay!

Great Stay

The hallway had a weird look and smell and I had a lil issue with the door code but overall the room itself was great. Clean and neat.

A very nice place to stay

The place is what shows on the listing, it’s clean, the bed is super comfortable and also the sofa bed is comfortable, the shower is cool and there’s a lot in the area to do. The host is very responsive and he is super sweet. Book his place! The scenery is there when u look out the window and it is very quiet at night. Everything works well in the house as well.

Wonderful

Parking situation and building are both wonderful no noises from any of the neighbors. Wouldn’t have even known i was in an apartment.

LOCATION!

We stayed here for the music festival and it was the perfect location. Safe walk to and from within a mile. I hope to stay again next year.

Generally fits the bill nicely

It was convenient and quiet despite being close to a heavily trafficked road. The shower was very nice. Not quite in walking distance but easy access to all things Charlotte. Easy in and out. Only beefs were - 1 the bedding for pullout wasn’t in the marked closet and had to do a hide and seek and seek to find it (but was clean and adequate when located) 2-the gap above the built in divider between the bedroom and living area means light from one room shines into the other. 3-finding a comfortable way to lay on the pullout couch was challenging, but not impossible. Overall, it was value for the price.
