Very well appointed for short term or long term rental with pullout sofa. Full size kitchen with full size washer and dryer in unit. WIFI along with smart tv in living room with full size bathroom. Close to uptown with private alley access/parking. **NO PETS ALLOWED**

This was a perfect place to stay. Come in for a concert. 7 minutes from the venue. Location was great and perfect for two. The appointment was up to date and very clean. Will definitely come back.

Apartment was clean, quiet and cozy. Host was responsive, and provided clear directions. We enjoyed our stay, and it was absolutely perfect for our business trip in Charlotte.

Beautiful above garage/ garden apartment! Host was very informative and the location was close to everything. Not safe walking distance though. But highly recommend this cute little spot.

Perfect VRBO experience. The listing was accurate. The place was quaint, a little tight, but good for two people. Very updated / modern / clean apartment. It never felt like we were in some stranger's house, which some VRBOs have felt like in the past. Bonus points for an iron and ironing board. A great experience overall!

Perfect for a short getaway

The place was clean and provided the perfect space for a short stay in Charlotte. It provided everything we needed, with a washer and dryer, extra towels, full kitchen, and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful clean space, it was perfect for what we needed during our short time in Charlotte. Everyone we encountered was so nice in this city! The host, John was no exception. Absolutely recommend this lovely rental.

I was traveling for a conference, and just needed a nice place to stay for a few days for myself. Everything was clean and orderly, and despite the heat outside and being above a garage the place was no different in comfort than any usual hotel room. The only downside was the noise of garage door surprising me once or twice. Owners were courteous and it was nice staying in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center where I can decompress a bit after the heavy socializing at the conference. The building is not accessed via the premises' front, so be sure to read the instructions provided by the owners.
