CLEAN, COZY HOME IN A FRIENDLY, QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD FOR 4 GUESTS. THE HOME IS ON 3/4 OF AN ACRE, PROVIDING LOTS OF SPACE FOR OUTSIDE FAMILY TIME. PICNIC OUTSIDE IN THE SUMMER OR BUILD A SNOWMAN IN THE WINTER. IT IS BORDERED ON ONE SIDE WITH FLAGSTAFF'S BEAUTIFUL PONDEROSA PINE TREES. A SPACIOUS PORCH OVERLOOKS THE HILLSIDE AND THE DELL. WE HAVE SUPPLIED EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOUR STAY FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TRULY AT HOME.
GREAT PLACE FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF FLAGSTAFF. CENTRALLY LOCATED BETWEEN SEDONA AND THE GRAND CANYON. OUR COTTAGE IS NEXT TO A BEAUTIFUL PINE FOREST AT THE END OF A QUIET COUNTRY ROAD. IT IS CLOSE TO TOWN, NAU, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING, AND THIRTY MINUTES TO THE LODGE AT SNOWBOWL. YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE OUT IN THE COUNTRY, BUT SURPRISINGLY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.
THE LOCAL URBAN TRAIL (FUTS TRAIL) IS MINUTES AWAY, GIVING YOU EASY ACCESS TO WALK OR RIDE A BIKE INTO DOWNTOWN OR OUT TO FT TUTHILL. THE CITY BUS COMES WITHIN 2 MILES OF THE HOME. STRICT NO PET POLICY; WE WANT TO KEEP THE HOME ALLERGEN FREE FOR EVERYONE! EV CHARGING NOT ALLOWED.

Excellent host. Cabin is super cute, very clean with quick/easy access to anything you need in town. Neighborhood is super quiet and has no city noise. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back again.

Christina was a wonderful host. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. The house was stocked with everything imaginable for a short or longer stay. The location was great. It was quiet and serene, but very close to everything. I would highly recommend this Hillside cottage for anyone looking for a getaway in the Flagstaff area. We would definitely return!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage and property was beautiful and the host awesome! We like the little extras like the stamped postcards of Flagstaff the kids sent to their ant and uncle. It was the little extra touches that make the stay extra special. We will be back again!

Great stay in a great home. Close to Sunday Farmers' Market, stores and GREAT restaurants. Very quite neighborhood and comfortable beds and amazing outdoor space on deck. Highly Recommend!

Great location for exploring the Petrified Forest , Winslow , Grand Canyon , Red Rock State Park and Lowell Observatory. Very nice home for vacation.

A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon and this was a great place to stay! The house was very clean and we enjoyed being in a quiet part of town surrounded by trees. Christina left a kind note for us as well as delicious chocolate chip pumpkin bread!

Nice Quiet Weekend

Excellent location, and cute little house. Very clean and inviting when we arrived, very easy to check in. Was able to reach the owner quickly and easily. Had a wonderful stay, excellent area around.

Such a wonderful stay

My family and I spent the weekend for a fun filled snow trip. We had a awesome weekend. The cottage was perfect, clean, warm, and great location to Flagstaff proper and the Flagstaff snow park. Christina and Bob are excellent host and we look forward to our next stay.

Great place for a family

Close to town but still very quiet in the woods feel. Yard was big enough to sled in and big hill was close. The wood burning fire place made a cozy spot for our family to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying each other.

Beautiful Property and Cottage

This place was a great location and the cottage is well kept. They have all the amenities you need to feel like you are at home. The property managers are very kind and give it the extra special touch.

Relaxing stay

We stayed here over a long weekend in Flagstaff. This cozy cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood close enough to downtown but away from all the tourists. We really enjoyed the breeze on the deck, and relaxed and dined there throughout our stay. The rooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable, Christina welcomed us with goodies in the kitchen and was down the street if we needed her. We would definitely stay here again.
