Our guest house is just a few minutes from NAU, Downtown and all that Flagstaff has to offer. You will enjoy privacy and comfort in our brand new guest house that has a completely separate entrance and is not accessible from the main house. Enjoy peace in the pines with A/C, a comfy living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer, outdoor dining area, back porch with hammock and Adirondack chairs and your own full driveway.

The guesthouse is perfect for your visit to Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. We are conveniently located 6 minutes from the Flagstaff Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and easy access to I-40 & I-17. The Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) trail is connected to our neighborhood, giving you access to wonderful biking, hiking, and running trails.

This well-appointed guesthouse is ready for you! In addition to the two queen beds, there is a pullout couch that is a full size bed (good for kiddos). There is also a pack n' play for infants in the bedroom closet that is available, if needed.

Our neighborhood is quiet, heavily treed, family friendly and the perfect place to take your dog for a walk. There is a neighborhood park/playground, as well as a school field and playground in the neighborhood that are great for children and pets. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, as well as in the neighborhood.

You'll have an entire driveway to yourself. It is connected to our driveway, so please do not block the main driveway.

The TV has a subscription to Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu that you are welcome to use. There are other apps on the TV (Amazon Prime, Redbox, HBO Max, etc) that you can sign in with if you have an account.

We do allow dogs in our guesthouse for a fee. Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate cats. If you are bringing your furry friend, please let me know in advance, so I can prepare the place for you.

You have the entire place to yourself, plus a private backyard and patio.

This is a no smoking home (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.). That includes outside the guesthouse. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

We are local Flagstaff residents that have lived here for 20+ years. We are happy to help you make the most of your visit. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions!

Absolutely Perfect for a quick stop over!

Loved, Loved, Loved our stay!! Everything about this place was Absolutely Perfect! Guesthouse was adorable and immaculately kept. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The space was wonderful for our dog!! All three of us loved our morning and evening walks around the neighborhood block! Thank you so much!!

Perfect for a group of six

Very clean and perfect for our group of six adults! Excellent location close to town and host was very quick to answer any questions I had. Area is private and comfortable. Would recommend!

Over night stay

We are from Phoenix, and wanted a place to stay the night so we would have a quick drive to Snow Bowl. It was perfect! Simple and effective. Would definitely star again!

Great stop

This was a wonderful place to stop and get some rest before heading off to Grand Canyon. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was super clean. The host communicated well. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay here again.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable -- would definitely stay again!

This guesthouse worked out great for us. Very close to the university, but far enough away to feel like a stay in the woods. The only small issue was with the wifi, but the host was very responsive to address it. We had decent cell coverage, so not a major issue for us. Overall very happy with our stay!

Perfect for a quick trip

This was a perfect location for our visit in flagstaff that allowed us to bring our dog. The place was nice, well equipped with all the extras that are needed and clean. The beds were comfy and loved the privacy of the backyard. Thank you for extending your guesthouse for our visit!

Wonderful location and great host

Easy check-in and check-out process. Joy informed us we could check-in early and provided easy to understand instructions for parking, door lock, and other pertinent info. about our stay at this beautiful location. During our stay, we realized we didn't have a blender to make strawberry daiquiris. We reached out to Joy, who was quick to respond and a blender was delivered the next day before we returned from our Flagstaff adventures. Thank you Joy for being a great host!

Great place to stay

This was the cutest, just as listed! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to NAU, which we were chiecking out before my daughter starts in the fall. Happy to find somewhere to stay when we come up for a visit. 🤗

Flagstaff Ski Trip

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was great. A nice neighborhood in the tall pines. A little snow fell in Flagstaff while we were there...about 3 feet...LOL. You have your own separate driveway that the owners make sure is clear every morning if its snowing. We will be going back for sure !

Perfect little spot, don’t hesitate!

Loved this place. Great neighborhood, clean, modern guest house, and excellent communication with the host. Super dog friendly, especially with the private enclosed back yard. We went to Flagstaff to visit my daughter who is at NAU and due to the big snow storm prior to our visit we stayed in most of the time and cooked all of our meals. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the place was super cozy for all of us. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. It was in a good, quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and had plates and utensils for my kids which was a bonus! I have no complaints and we would definitely stay again!

My husband, Rob, and I are both teachers living in Flagstaff, Arizona. I teach the little ones (1st grade) and Rob teaches the big kids (college). We have lived in Flagstaff for 22 years. but Joy is a Florida native and we try to go there as much as our schedule allows. We really enjoy hosting people from all over the country and providing a great place for them to stay.
