We are not near the beach, we are ON THE BEACH! Don't rent a dated beach house many miles away from everything wonderful Galveston has to offer. This beach house is located close enough to town yet far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean.

Want to share the rental with another family? You will not be fighting over who gets the best master bedroom...there are two master bedrooms! There is ultimate privacy as each level, connected by an outdoor staircase, boasts its own living area. The beds are heavenly, the sitting areas spectacular, and the view...breathtaking.

Don't like the sand? Send your kids to the beach while you sit on the deck drinking margaritas and view them from your throne. There are four lifeguard chairs and an outdoor table with chairs on the deck. The beach is literally steps away.

Like to BBQ? Grill from the privacy of your own deck with amazing views of the ocean.

Like to fish? No worries ... many ... many ... many fish have been caught just steps away from this house! Who needs a pier?

Love the sound of the ocean? Open the huge sliding glass doors and the ocean comes to you. We designed this house to take FULL advantage of beachfront ocean living. You will know exactly what we mean when you rent this house!

Are you celebrating something special? Many weddings, holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries have been celebrated here. This house can become a very romantic getaway for just the two of you or perfect for more than one family! Enjoy!

Great time and we loved the bottom unit had a separate entrance so my teenagers could have a fun time with their friends. The property was so nice and clean and all of the towels and laundry had such a clean freshly laundered scent!

The rental was clean, the host easy to communicate with and the view was wonderful! We were not expecting the top and bottom units not to be connected, but the stay was wonderful! Locking doors to the master and the restroom would be appreciated, but otherwise..no complaints. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location and deck overlooking the beach. Other than that it was poor. Everything was old. Very small and ill equipped kitchen with dirty old pans and silverware. Dirty old bathrooms, the sink was coming off the wall and there was zero water pressure. When the hot water comes on all the lights flicker. The back doors all had big gaps where the wind would blow through and keep you up all night. The master bed creeks with even the slightest movement. Oh, and the dining room window actually completely blew out with a little wind in the middle of the night. With a little work this place could be really great.

This is the best location you can get if you want some privacy but want to stay close to everything you need! (Walmart, Krogers, restaurants). The place was perfect for us and the beach was fantastic. Thanks!

Beach Time

Lovely property steps from the surf. Can watch the waves and surf from the deck. Convenient for family with separate upstairs and downstairs areas. Our third time to rent here. Eric is very responsive to any issues.

Was literally feet from the beach. Enjoyed the house and time there. Having to go outside to go from first to second floor was inconvenient at times, but was well communicated in description

Fall Break Trip

We had an amazing time! It was very accommodating for our family as everyone had their own space. The pictures/details were slightly misleading as neither couch made a bed and the only stairs connecting levels were outside. The view was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

Location right on the beach is great but the house is really not suitable for large parties as the downstairs quarters are completely separate from the upstairs. Also house is in big need of a major makeover as it looks tired and old. There is a grassy area in front of the house where we noticed hairy rodents of some description so probably needs a pest control review.

Great stay

The house was a great size for our family of 12. The kitchen is on the upstairs level and the stairs are outside. So it was like 2 houses in one, which worked out for the people who wanted to stay up late and the ones who wanted to go to bed early. The location is the best part being right on the beach. We will stay here again when we come back to Galveston.

Galveston stay

The only negative about the property is it is a lot like 2 separate properties because you have an entry on first floor and a separate entrance on the second floor
