Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Large flat screen TV's with cable, In all rooms. WIFI included. With all the amenities you will need. Large open kitchen and dinning room. Large living room with 2 sided wood burning fireplace. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Large deck out back with great view of the lake. One miles away from launch ramp. Two miles away from the Historical London Bridge.
The space
Very clean, well decorated home. Very comfortable furnishings. You will feel a peace and tranquility in the home.
Guest access
The key pad is on the front door of vacation rental. The home is private during your stay.
Other things to note
Nice swimming pool, to enjoy on those hot days.

Lake trip

Very homey, very clean, very convenient. The host responds back very quickly and are very nice and helpful could not have stayed in a better home.

Fort Havasu

This was our first experience staying at a VRBO property. The home was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and the location to downtown wasn’t very far away. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Host very quick to respond to questions, house very comfortable and clean and kitchen very well equipped for all our cooking needs , as well as linens in bathrooms and misc cleaning supplies . Really enjoyed sunsets on on back deck , would definitely recommend this place for others to stay!

Nice location and great house, really enjoyed the pool with the temps running around 110 it was great to cool off with. Would suggest that the air conditioner be lowered before guests arrive, it was set at 85, which was too hot, we had to leave for a couple of hours for the house to cool down.

Great place/great neighborhood!

We flew to Lake Havasu to determine where we want to winter when my wife retires. We had several places in mind, but it only took this one trip to decide that Havasu is the place! The house was very comfortable and clean. The back deck/porch area is awesome! If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. We went for walks every evening and loved seeing the roadrunners, the mourning doves, and the prairie quail. What a relaxing place. Communication with the host was great, too. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Getaway

The Home was better than the pictures. My wife and I loved the open concept kitchen back living area. Everything was perfect! The huge back covered deck was awesome for that early morning coffee while viewing Lake Havasu. The Pool was nice and refreshing during the 100+ degree tempuratures. We swam in it pretty much every day during our 13 night stay. The outdoor gas grill was huge and worked perfect for grilling up steaks and Carne Asada. We had the opportunity to meet the Knapp's (Owners). They were just really great down to earth people. Who really cared about us and our stay. There are alot of things to see and do in Lake Havasu and this house is the perfect place to call home and just unplug to relax. We will be back again. One day trip we highly recommend is the short drive up to the small living ghost town of Oatman, AZ. They have lots of donkeys just roaming the streets and some really cool little shops. It is part of the Historic Route 66. Once again we would like to thank the Knapp's for giving us the opportunity to rent their beautiful home. The Daniels

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

The home was very clean & comfortable. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view. It suited our purposes for a peaceful holiday getaway perfectly.

Perfect rental for 2 couples

Really nice property. Clean, spacious and good parking. Beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and a well stocked kitchen. Nice bbq, outside dining table and swimming pool were a plus. We would definitely rent this home again.

Nice place with an unexpected view!

Great place, just perfect for two couples! The house was clean and has a great pool & patio (with two grills!). Very quiet neighborhood, high on a hill so you get a good view of the lake. Lots of towels, modern appliances & TV’s. Owners are great communicators, everything went just as planned. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our next Havasu visit!

A Week in Havasu

Beautiful home, weather and vacay! The location of the house was perfect to meet up with our friends at the lake for the day and on the trails! Every amenity that a family would need at the house! Definately thorough super hosts! Hope to be back someday!

A Beautiful Hideaway

This home was built to beat the heat! It’s a beautifully built home with low ceilings that help to keep it cool during days that reach 110s outside. The furniture is cool leather that’s over-stuffed and flat-screen TVs are viewable from each one. The windows close dark for sleeping in, and every little necessity, from towels to coffee filters is there when needed. And the pool is the perfect place to experience the heat outside. We are looking forward to our next visit to Havasu and this wonderful home.

We are the Knapp's. We have been visiting Lake Havasu city for the last 10 years and have enjoyed the many recreational activities here. We have recently moved here full time and love it. We have recently remodeled this lake view home.

This property was one of the first homes built in this area. We purchased the main home below this property and when doing so we fell in love with the upper home and its incredible views. We have since remodeled this home with new tile flooring, carpet in bedrooms, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, appliances, plasma t.v.'s and furnished it with leather sofas and all new kitchen dishes, glass wear, pots and pans and many others. A well done complete home.
