Located just an hour west of the Minneapolis area, and 15 minutes north of Hutchinson, this gorgeous updated property is perfect for family gatherings, romantic getaways, girls weekends or corporate retreats!

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom craftsman style home is completely renovated and offers a coastal vibe. It has over 4,000 square feet of living space and sleeps 10+ people.

Beautiful open layout with floor to ceiling windows facing Lake Washington! The wrap around screened-in porch is the perfect space for morning coffee and afternoon card games or cocktails!

In the winter, bring your snow shoes or cross country skis and head out on the lake! Then come in and cozy up next to one of 3 fireplaces while you sip on hot cocoa, play pool in the lower level family room or watch a movie in the theater room-complete with surround sound!

During your stay:
Rent a pontoon or watercraft from a local dealer and head out on beautiful Lake Washington, which is a 2700-acre, recreational lake. There are many public accesses for visitors to use! Cruise the channel and explore Lake Stella also! (For more information, Google "Pontoon rentals near Dassel, MN"

*Relax in the sun on a floatie or take a cruise in a kayak!

*Fish the waters of Lake Washington, known for Walleye, Northern, Bass, Pan Fish and crappies. In the winter, enjoy ice fishing!

*Hike the walking trails in the area when its warm, and cross-country ski or snow shoe on the lake in the winter!

*Find one of the local snowmobiling trails to venture out on!

*Within a few miles, explore the area restaurants, antique shops, golfing, miniature golfing, coffee shops and shopping!

Sibling Getaway

This was a long weekend getaway for four siblings and there spouses. This is the first time we had done this. The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. Great weekend! Thank you!!

Great January stay

House is big and comfortable for our group of 8. I thrilled how cozy it felt for our January stay-nice touch to baskets of throws. Gas fireplaces were lovely. Kitchen and dining seating was great!

Winter Escape

This was my kids first time seeing snow and a frozen lake. The property was clean and spacious. It was a 30 minute ride to Powder Ridge Ski Slopes and about 10 minutes to the grocery store in the next town over. Weather was zero degrees and we had no issue with the heat on any floor. Needed help trying to get the media room working and property manager responded quickly. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Memories

We enjoyed celebrating New Years with family and friends in this beautiful house! The open living and kitchen area was perfect for sharing meals and playing games! The movie room was perfect for the 10 of us to watch a movie together! The downstairs pool table and bar area was perfect for celebrating the new year! We even utilized the lake for some ice fishing during our stay! We love this house and would highly recommend to others!

Fun Family Time!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The views from the wall of windows overlooking the lake is amazing! Lots of space for groups to gather for movies, games or to just relax. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Super appreciated the lovely Christmas decorations, including 2 trees, as we gathered there to celebrate together. Owners were super responsive and helpful - very easy check in and out. Would stay here again for sure!

Family wedding

The house was perfect for our weekend stay! The beds were very comfortable and the house is very spacious! The house is beautifully decorated! We loved the fire pit outside!

Wonderful stay

Our family of 8 adults and one infant like to get together each year at a lake home. Your home was perfect and at a great location to the twin cities. The home was very clean and organized. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend your home to others, so long as they don't have pets. Our only complaint is that your pet fee was too high for us to consider staying there again.

This is the place to stay!!!

Our big family of two adults and eight children ranging from 3 years old to 20 years old enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful lake home. The home is absolutely breathtaking and has views of the lake from almost every room. We enjoyed fishing, campfires, watching swans and their babies, family movie nights, lots and lots of laughing, dinner is around the table together and game nights. The house has everything you need and more. Everything is high quality and super clean. Thank you for such a wonderful family weekend together ❤️

Great house

The house offers great space for a large group - for sleeping, for meals, for hanging out. We especially enjoyed the screen porch and the movie theater.

8 Ladies celebrating 60

8 girls that have been friends since high school celebrated turning 60. The house was perfect! We utilized all the amenities for a nice long weekend of visiting, laughing and making memories. Thank you so much for providing the perfect place to do that!❤️ the 80s Ladies.

Great place to stay

Contrary to other views, we loved the lake. Heading out a football field in any direction was 3 foot deep water. Little weeds or muck. House is gorgeous and owner was quick response on everything.

Great in every way

We've stayed as a family in many different rental homes over the years and this one was unanimously the favorite. Spacious, comfortable, and well laid out both inside and outside. The screened in porch with its tucked away couch and fire table was perhaps the best feature for us. It was just very inviting and great for staying out of the sun or keeping warm when the temps were cooler. The outdoor fire pit and smallish grassy area we used for playing bag toss is well designed as well, nicely overlooking the water. Both spaces got a lot of use. Inside the spaces all accommodated our group of 6 adults and 8 kids very well. Well stocked, beautiful kitchen, comfortable couches and beds, and a basement that kept the kids entertained when we weren't outside enjoying the weather. Hard to beat the theater room in the basement to wind down after a busy day. Would highly recommend. We'd love to return next year.

Family vacation

The house was great. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. The lake was right outside the back door. Fire pit area was very nice for our camp fire and s'mores. Everything was just as we expected.

Beautiful Lake Home

This property was perfect! We loved Lake Washington and all that this property had to offer. We enjoyed campfires, water recreation and fishing on the nice days, and the screened in porch, movie room and playing game on the not so nice days. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Cloudy/rain

Weather was not the best but still able to get out on the pontoon. No tubing this vacation. Screened in porch was the best for relaxing and playing games. Big screen TV great for the hockey game and enough extras to keep everyone happy. Very nice home.

House was awesome but lake not the best

I wish I could pick up this house and put it on another lake. House was perfect for the family and love the pool table and arcade and movie room and screen porch and firepit. The problem was the lake was very shallow and not the best for fishing or swimming or tubing. Wish we could move the house to another lake.

Spring Fishing 2024

Selected this location for our spring fishing trip. We're very pleased with the accommodation. The house was neat and orderly and plenty of Space to accommodate a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use for cooking. Love the screen in porch on the lakeside as the weather wasn't always cooperating it gave us a nice place to still enjoy the day. And while not enjoying the day the media room was a hit and comfortable to watch a movie at night. As we brought our own boat to go fishing, I did appreciate the dock setup having a place to tie up and having bumpers in place

Relaxing Retreat

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Our group consisted of 5 busy women who needed some relaxation time and we were not disappointed! The property was absolutely lovely. Vacation Bliss!!!

This home is perfect for a cozy getaway with family and friends. So much space to entertain, lounge, play games, and enjoy the company of loved ones! House is stocked with plenty of dishes, numerous amenities (fireplaces, games, bar space, speaker, towels), and much more! The furniture was lovely and bathrooms clean. We loved the numerous rooms and living quarters. The pool table downstairs was a hit for the men! The beauty of the lake and outdoor patio and landscaping just takes the cake. Fabulous place to stay, definitely recommend!!!!
