You will be centrally located to everything in Austin. Easy access to all the freeways. 15 minutes to downtown or the Domain.

***Note: Please read the house rules. There will be a penalty fee of $50 per person/per night for any extra guests that are not on the itinerary.
There will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized parties or large gatherings. will be extra fees for any damaged property.

Please understand and respect that this is a duplex with 1 shared wall. Quiet hours are at 11pm, please keep your noise level at a reasonable volume for the tenants next door.
