Modern, clean, and relaxing getaway. One unit of a remodeled duplex. Two beautiful new bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite with a relaxing raindrop shower that melts your stress away.

Enjoy the full kitchen that features a fully stocked coffee and tea bar. Yes, there is decaf! Relax in the living room, watch tv, or enjoy some peace and quiet on the back porch.

You will be centrally located to everything in Austin. Easy access to all the freeways. 15 minutes to downtown or the Domain.

A clean, comfortable, luxury stay that is budget-friendly. Welcome to Austin!

***Note: Please read the house rules. There will be a penalty fee of $50 per person/per night for any extra guests that are not on the itinerary.

There will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized parties or large gatherings. will be extra fees for any damaged property.

There will be an extra cleaning fee for any left messes or smoking.

Please understand and respect that this is a duplex with 1 shared wall. Quiet hours are at 11pm, please keep your noise level at a reasonable volume for the tenants next door.
There will be a $50 fine per night of noise violations past 11 PM ***

Fantastic Unit

Our stay here was fantastic. Dominic was so responsive to messages and the unit was extremely clean and had lots of thoughtful touches like great coffee, chairs to sit outside, and cooking supplies. I would highly recommend this property to those staying in Austin!
