Completely remodeled classic 40's home on corner lot in popular Zilker Park neighborhood. Great location for everything Austin has to offer. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops. Two miles to Barton Springs, Zilker Park and Austin's many miles of hike and bike trails around Lady Bird Lake.

Inside the house offers all the comforts of modern living: New energy efficient appliances including large capacity washer and dryer, HDTV full cable with wireless Internet (Road Runner Turbo), hardwood floors and tiled baths, pillow top mattresses, high quality bedding and a great leather sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal and a great cup of coffee. You will need to supply your own washing soap for laundry.

Outside you will find a large covered deck and separate lower deck .. Fully fenced, private, pet friendly back yard. Onsite and curb parking with room for you boat and RV. Please note if you are bringing a pet, we require a pet fee to be paid at time of booking, For stays of longer than a few days or for multiple pets please ask us about our fees.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood!! We loved how close everything was to all the places we wanted to visit. Host is so nice and welcoming. Cannot wait to book another stay here in the future with our pets!

Wonderful property..quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Has everything you need in the kitchen. The deck and backyard were great for sitting out back and relaxing. A great location for restaurants and near downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This property provided everything my family and I needed and then some. The property was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The location was perfect - close to numerous shops (Congress) and restaurants and easy access to major roadways to get to all the places & activities we had planned during our stay. I especially appreciated that they allow pets since we have a fur baby. Next time our family is in Austin, we will surely book here again!

Location was awesome. Close to downtown, Zilker, many great restaurants.Nice shady, fenced backyard for our fur babies.WiFi went out and the host replaced it immediately! Well appointed. Highly recommend.

This is a great Austin spot with lots of really outstanding restaurants and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood and then coffee on the back patio. The beds are comfy and the house was exactly what we expected!

Very good location - near downtown in a neighborhood a short drive from everything. Loved the horseshoes in the back yard even though I was terrible....

Carefree stay in Austin.

We all very much enjoyed staying at LaCasa. If it had been a bit warmer, we would have really enjoyed the backyard space a little more. Overall the house was comfortable, well thought out and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This property is fantastic. Great location near several restaurants. 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. The horseshow pit added entertainment. We would definitely go again. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Location and Comfort

This lovely house was conveniently located for seeing family in North Austin and checking out the hill country. The back yard was perfect for young children. The house is charming and comfortable.

We are Kerry and Carole Price and have been hosting out of town guests in Austin for over three years.
We have been married for over 30 years and have raised both of our children within a mile of this home and still live in the neighborhood. Kerry still has a day job in the packaging business and loves wooden boats. Carole manages the vacation rental properties and is a community volunteer with Hospice Austin.
We both found our way to Austin: Kerry from Minnesota and Carole from Glasgow Scotland. We met in South Austin in the mid 80's and have never left.
