Is a 3 bedroom home, stylish and charming, ideally located next to a small community pool...

Set between the beach and golf course of Loreto Bay, the home takes it's design cues from Colonial Mexican style. Living rooms and bedrooms open out to intimate and private patios. Crowning it all is a small patio at rooftop level, shaded and perfect for enjoying sunset conversations!

The main living area is downstairs and private. Beamed ceilings and ceramic tile give a colorful, organic feel.
Rare Las Brisas floor plan boasts a full size kitchen that is completely provisioned with appliances and all kitchenware needed for a stay of any length. Warm and comfortable, the living and dining area are accented by French doors opening to the garden patio. Shaded and private, the patio has a BBQ just outside the kitchen door and table and chairs for outdoor dining. There are 2 bedrooms on the first level. One is a Casita master suite with kitchenette and the other is a guest bedroom with easy access to the main level bathroom with a shower. Stairs by the front door lead to the upper terrace. The second master bedroom suite is upstairs adjacent to the mid-level terrace. A washer and dryer is located in the main level bathroom. Mountain View and great location.

Lovely Loreto

Beautiful and well-appointed home in Nopolo, Loreto. Casago was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. We loved the house very much. Of note about Nopolo, its a resort area and the food options are slim and not so good. Cook at home or recommend eating in Loreto town!

Great Stay

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we loved the location of your home. The living and outdoor spaces were enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and they allowed my family to sleep well. We had everything we needed and the house manager was attentive and friendly. The only suggestion would be updating bedding linens and towels.

Updates needed

The property layout was perfect to share with another couple, however it was not as clean upon arrival as we expected and drawers and closets had other clothing in them which we didn’t expect to find. The master bath had only one set of towels and they were not restocked with more until we paid to have the cleaning service come in during our stay, The drains in the casita were not draining properly even after we had maintenance come in to address the issue. The faucet in the main bath also had a constant drip which also wasn’t repaired even after maintenance looked at it as well. The bedding linens could use an update. The living room furniture is in dire need of replacement or deep cleaning. Most of the kitchen amenities (flatware, dishes, drink ware) were very good with the exception of the frying pans which also need to be replaced. Overall we were happy with the location and layout of the home but there are certainly some issues which need attention if it is going to be a rental property which will meet expectations of visitors.
