This charming flat, at the heart of the Old Nice, is ideal to accommodate 4 people. Very bright, close to all amenities and transports, this flat is perfect to discover the lovely city of Nice and the French Riviera.

This 2br flat, very luminous thanks to skylights made by an architect, mixes stylishly the old and the new. Situated on the 2nd floor without elevator, it consists of a living area of 76 sq. m and is composed of :
- a very large living room,
- an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, oven, kettle, dish-washer and hotplates,
- a first bathroom with bathtub,
- a second bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment and fan,
- TV, Wifi.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

At the heart of the Old City, you are at the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice ! From this pedestrian street, you will be able to discover the Palais Lascaris museum (3 min), the Promenade des Anglais (10 min) or the Castle Hill (10m), where you will have a beautiful panorama over the Angel Bay. The beach is 2 min away by foot, and the Opera 5 min away. You will also be closed to the Place Rossetti, where you will be able to taste an ice-cream at the famous ice-cream maker Fenocchio.

- 4 min by foot from Opéra-Vieille Ville station (tramway line 1)
- 20 min by foot from Nice-Ville train station, 15 min by transports and 15 min by car

Cigarette burns on plastic dining room table cloth

The apartment is in a fantastic location, and for this reason we did not regret our stay. But even 24 hours before we were to travel, we had not heard anything from the owners. In the end, in order to find out how we could access the apartment, we had to make 3 international phone calls, trying to trace down who could give us this information. A similar chaotic process marked our leaving where we were told to leave the keys in a key box, but when we went to do so, there was no key box. The owners then told us that the city had forbade lock boxes in the area, which was why we had to search around for a business on the street who would be willing to hold their keys for a day or so, until they were able to come to the city to retrieve them. (If the owners were aware of this, why had they told us to use the lock box?) The apartment itself was clean, but not nearly as nice as it appears in the photos. There is minimal decoration, and almost all furniture is covered in protective plastic or old sheeting, giving a very negative overall ambiance. The couches were very old and not comfortable. All in all, they need to be much more organised with their check in and check out, and should upgrade the furnishings.

Great location however......

I think this unit was OK. I didn't like the rat traps on the stairway to the 2nd floor apartment. The stairway was also in very bad repair. The dead rats in the traps STUNK. This building needs structural work. But the beds were comfortable and clean and like I said the location was great.

Good Location

Floors were not clean enough, out of the shower, feet would be dirty before we put our socks on. Dishes in cabinet had to be rewashed. They were put away dirty. Clients should probably not put away there own dishes. We threw away the sponges used in the sink and bought new for the apartment. Additional garbage bag and directions on where to take it in advance. Last morning we were scrambling to find a place to throw the recycling and garbage. Could have used better towels in the apartment. Couch has a burn hole in it. Dead plants in pots in the living room. We washed 2 of the duvet, after taking them from the closet. Over all we loved the property. Two bikes and beach matts, or swim towels would add great value to the property.

Great location in Old Nice

Very convenient and historic location in old Nice. Steps away from shopping, dining, beach, and late night revelry. The unit has the basic amenities a traveler could need to enjoy their stay.

Un bel appartement

J'aurai tant aimé ne dire que du bien de cet appartement pour sa situation au cœur du vieux Nice , son architecture intérieure, sa luminosité et sa propreté, bref tout ce que laisse envisager les photos. Hélas tout n'est pas à la hauteur (mauvaise odeurs dans la salle de bain et manque de rangement, 2ème salle de bain douche plutôt placard douche sans aucun aménagement et avec pour les 2 un éclairage très tristounet), les odieuses pancartes "private" sur des rangements dont on a pas accès, la montée d'escalier qui refroidit au premier abord. Et surtout un manque total de communication avec l'hôte, absence de livret d'accueil et de consignes (il a fallu demandé à un commerçant où nous pouvions jeter les poubelles, et ce n'est pas évident dans le vieux Nice). Nous gardons néanmoins un bon souvenir de notre séjour, entre autre pour la beauté des plafonds pour la vue des fenêtres et pour Nice.
