* * * Our guests are welcome to use our complimentary bikes to roam the town! * * *
(May – Mid October, unless if there’s snow on the ground)

The condo has 1 king size bed and 1 double sofa-bed; free wifi internet, a natural gas bbq in our big deck and in suite washer dryer; you are welcome to park your vehicle in the heated underground garage, where you will also find bike racks and a ski locker.

The unit offers a portable AC in the bedroom and a set of fans to cool it down during the Summer months for a comfortable sleep.

* – Be aware that the bicycles are not suitable for rough terrain or downhill riding.
You are responsible for keeping the bikes in good shape and working condition. We kindly ask you to take care of any repairs (flat tires, loose parts, mechanical problems, etc.) if using the bikes during your stay, so the next guest can enjoy them too. This request includes cleaning the bikes if you rode them on muddy roads.
Any damages, problems not attended or fixed or not cleaning dirty bikes will result in deduction from your damage deposit.
Never carry the bikes on your vehicle unless they need to be repaired.

Report not finding the bikes in good working condition right after check-in if you plan to use these. – *

*To respect our cleaner’s and arriving guests’ schedules, please do not request early check ins and/or late check outs and be mindful of the check in (4:00pm) and check out (11:00am) times.

**We will charge an additional cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and longer.

**We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item.
