New Listing....Right on the road between Zion Canyon and Bryce Canyon National Park. 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the small town of Hatch. Beautiful views, easy access, and right in the middle of so many great places to visit. 20 Minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, 50 minutes to Zion National Park. Large open concept Living room/ dining room and kitchen provide a great place to gather as family or friends. Deck with chairs to enjoy the sunset that lights up the cliffs behind the home. Fire pit and large yard. This is a double wide trailer that has been totally remodeled to make it a great retreat for your vacation. Please do not reserve this if later your going to write a bad review because its a trailer :)

Great views-Spacious, affordable, well appointed

Comfotable stay for our family hiking trip, clean, spacious, great views of mountains from kitchen, convenient to Bryce Canyon, main heat from gas fired pot belly stove- worked well, very warm even on low

Girls trip to Bryce

My best friend and I set up a home base here while exploring Bryce and the Red Canyon area. It was a fantastic spot and I would not hesitate to rent this place again.

Good location close to the parks restaurants gas station.

Could have used a twin bed. Very clean place inside. Would stay there again.

Family vacation

We love the inside of the place. Plenty of room, a few fun games to play, location worked well to visit Bryce Canyon. Great coffee shop a few doors down. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect weekend retreat

This was a perfect little place to come back to after a couple of days of hiking at Bryce Canyon. We had plenty of space to have a home-cooked meal and then relax. Everything so clean and nice and we had great communication with the owners.

Mini vacation

We had a great time, loved walking to the coffee place every morning to start the day. We had great days out hiking and end every day with a chess tournament.

Very clean and looks just like the pictures! Friendly people and great coffee shop a few doors down from this location! The location is ideal for visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon!

Nicely updated mobile home

The owners did a very nice job updating this large mobile home. It was well stocked and communication was excellent. The outside needs some work, but we didn’t care. Hatch is a nice location for visiting both Zion and Bryce.

Surprise oasisx

When you drive up to the property it doesn’t look like much but on the inside it is just lovely. Clean, comfortable, beautiful kitchen and overall very comfortable. Small town with a wonderful coffee shop just a brief walk away. It was a wonderful place for us to stay while exploring national parks. I would stay here again.

Excellent experience

We had a great experience staying here. We were a little concerned about what we were in for based on first look after arriving. All of our concerns were quickly put to rest after going inside. The place was well kept inside and had everything we could have possibly needed. A great place to come back to after a day out hiking Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Communication was excellent. The place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and within easy driving distance of several attractions. While sitting outside in the evening, we saw several unusual (for us) birds. The view out the kitchen window was beautiful.

Nice inside spaces

Don’t let the exterior of the house or the neighborhood deter you. The interior is spotless with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The owner was exceptional at communicating in a timely manner. Furniture in all the rooms was very nice. The bed linens and towels are beautiful. About 30 min from Bryce Canyon National Park.

The area around the property is rough, but southern Utah is rugged and dry country; safety was never a concern. The house was spacious and clean with a lot of extra amenities we usually do not find in rentals. Hatch is an easy drive to Bryce and less than an hour from Zion.

Cute little house in Hatch

Other reviewers have nailed it; the mobile home does not look like much from the outside. The neighborhood is rural and a little rundown. House is right on the main highway. But once you are inside, it is incredible what the owners have done with the place to modernize and make this little place supremely comfortable.

Perfect spot to enjoy Bryce Canyon

Like every review says... look past the exterior of this house!!!! The inside is fully updated, has everything you could need (and more), is close to Bryce, and was so clean! When reading past reviews, I can see each improvement they made in regards to what could be better. Someone said the yard was overgrown... it's cut neat now, no bars of soap, now there's soap. The property owner seems to really care about your stay and will make sure it is good!

DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER HATCH

The inside was good except the plugs did not all work and the TV would not work, we had to use our own system off our phones. The outside of the property was very run down and unkept. plywood over the window units. We drove past and had to call to find it. Photo was not exactly like we expected.

A Diamond in the Rough

When we drove up to the property, those I was travelling with started making fun of me for reserving an old white box in the middle of the country but they were apologizing after walking through the front door. This place really is a diamond in the rough! Everything is newly renovated and decorated with feeling at home in mind and we loved it! The kitchen is fully stocked (we used the crockpot every day), the bathroom towels and rugs were better than any hotels. The views out the back were incredible. We stood at the kitchen window and watched birds entertain and fascinate us. The fire pit out back was a fun change from watching TV. There are really nice chairs on the trex deck that we want to come back to enjoy when it's less chilly. The owner Shelly went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Even recommending a hike in the area. Her communication was superb! This was the perfect place for us to spend the weekend hiking in Bryce Canyon and then relaxing in the evening at "home".

Great location to Bryce

Perfect place to stay if heading to Bryce - we had some issues with tv at first but then realized the plug wasn’t in all the way in wall. Plenty of coffee pods and they have extra food if you need something. Could have used more seating with couch but other than that was fine. Need few more chairs at table to eat.

Home very well equipped and awesome location

We spent 3 wonderful nights with our 4 kids. The place is very well equipped and some extra with a babyfoot and a chess table . We had some difficulty to launch the gas stove but the owner was very prompt to reply and help us. The outside does not look attractive (as described) but the inside worth definitely the rent.
