The place was so clean and the beds comfy. The master bathroom was amazing! The neighborhood is a stark contrast to what you find inside. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back in the future when we are out this way.

This was a very nice house. It was very clean and plenty of room for the 6 of us. The host responded to all my messages quickly. I would stay here again if in the area.

The home was clean and the host was great. The only drawback was the location. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy looking and the weeds we’re quite tall making it difficult to use the back yard fire pit area.

TThank you for your feedback. It would’ve been great for you to just contact us directly. We would’ve had our landscape crew out there immediately but yes, we were a little bit tall and we would love to make sure that it is all good for all of our guests, but thank you for taking such great care of our cottage.

My only concern was the surroundings of the house. But, everything else was great! A clean home and very comfortable!

Excellent location, just 25 min drive south of Bryce. Super comfortable for our family of 4. Enjoyed stunning stargazing in the backyard one night.

Great house! Loved the location, so close to Dixie National Forest and Bryce Canyon! Comfy beds, great showers. All you need for a fun and comfortable family vacation .

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage. The house was very well equipped and was close to Bryce canyon. Mario was quick to respond to any questions.

Trip to Bryce Canyon

This was the perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon. The house was clean and had everything needed to make it a wonderful stay.

The home was updated, super clean, and well equipped. We were a group of six women and had a great stay. The beds and accomodations are newer and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We would stay there again.

The unassuming exterior hides an absolute gem on the inside. Everything was very clean, everything you could possibly need was provided(spices for cooking, lighter for the grill). Beds were very comfortable, linens were also great! Master bathroom was very nice. Great location to Bryce Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

Hidden gem near Red Canyon and Bryce

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage--Mario was a great host, the place was clean and updated, and it was a short bike ride/drive to Red Canyon. Very happy with it, and we made some wonderful memories as a family!

Modernized Cottage in Panguitch (nearby Bryce Canyon)

HIgh quality property, well maintained. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when revisit Bryce Canyoin.

great communication

It was a clean neat home. There was a small hiccup when we arrived with the door code but the owner responded very quickly. About a 25 minute drive to Bryce. Would stay again if we came back!

First, don't be fooled by the appearance of the home from the street...from the front door inward the house has obviously been nicely renovated, making it a very comfortable and just plain nice place to stay. Modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, washer and dryer, a bed that felt better than the one I had at home...and the fastest internet I've experienced in a rental: 900/90 Mbps. The master bath had two sinks, and a giant shower with a control & showerhead at each end. Plus each room had its own thermostat and heater! Overall the place just felt new, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's outside the town of Panguitch, making it nice and close to Bryce Canyon.

Nice inside.

Outside/neighborhood is not attractive. Overgrown grass. Has really old and rundown trailers nearby. Inside, has really good modern, rustic decor. It is clean and homey. We appreciate the inside comfort and would stay here again.

Very nice experience

This house is very good for families with children! It's incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities you could need. Everything is brand new and high quality. We loved the peace and quiet without the crowds of tourists. Plus, the host was excellent with communication. Highly recommend! Additionally, there's plenty of space for kids to play safely, and there are no dangerous things around.
