This unit ocean view has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is located within the “A” Tower; this is the closest tower to the ocean. The living room is very comfortable and inviting with its floral couch and matching chair, and wicker based coffee table. Sit down to watch TV or play a movie on the DVD player or even just to take a load off. You will always stay cool here with the lovely ceiling fan that has been placed in a recessed marble circular soffit. The TV and DVD can be accessed through the double door entertainment unit so that you can close it off once your guests arrive. The living room is very comfortable and provides a wonderful view of the ocean through the sliding glass doors.
The kitchen features very modernly and state of the art appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, oven stove, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or two as well as a lovely ding table with seating for 6 people. The table is set under another beautifully recessed mosaic circular soffit with a magnificent lighting fixture.
The master bedroom with a Queen Size Bed has a big and extremely comfortable whitewash bed set with matching side tables, dresser and mounted wall flat-screen Tv. You will always feel comfortable with the overhead ceiling fan and the French door which takes you out to the patio where you can take in the view and hear the inviting sounds of the waves. The master bathroom features double sinks as well as a separate tub and shower. This tub is so long that it can provide comfort and relaxation to those with longer legs.
The second bedroom also has a Queen Size Bed with a big and comfy bed and a cool ceiling fan above the bed, with a sliding glass door to the patio and a beautiful matching dresser and seating area. Dine on the lovely wrap-around balcony and always stay cool with the outdoor ceiling fan. The Guest bathroom with a shower, vanity sink and toilet is located in the hallway to share this one with the guests on the guest bedroom and living room. The balcony with a round glass top table and plastic chairs for 4 people, enjoying the sunset with your friends or family, taking a drink or a meal. Also, a lounge chair is on the same balcony perfect to get a sunbath. The unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. This unit provides a cable tv in the master bedroom and living room only, the internet is through a cable which is not provided by the owner, you can bring an Ethernet cable to connect your computer to the jack in the kitchen wall.
The parking is in front of the tower “A” the underground parking is only permitted for the owners. This unit is provided with white towels for bath use only; these are not allowed on the pool or beach.
