Welcome to The Breakfast at Tiffany's.

This beautiful St. George, Utah Vacation Home is brand new and features three bedrooms and two living rooms. This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Breakfast at Tiffany's is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park. Only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. Walking trails and parks nearby.

Enjoy this fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home. Featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining room table there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There is also additional seating on the back patio off the main level living room. The living room features a flat-screen TV. The second upstairs living room has a flat-screen for you to enjoy as well as a variety of games.

Master Bedroom: Located on the 2nd floor, King bed, flat-screen TV, bathroom suite with walk-in shower, large soaking tub and double sinks and a large walk-in closet.

Main Level Living Room: Two Large couches, flat-screen TV, chairs and desk area.

Patio: Outdoor seating and a BBQ

2nd Upstairs Family Room: Two comfy couches, chair, large flat screen tv, and Game Table.

Gourmet Kitchen: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, crock pot, griddle, toaster, Blendtec blender, etc.

Second bedroom: King bed and a flat-screen tv.

Third bedroom: One Twin over Twin the second is a twin over full.
Please note that all bedrooms are located on the 2nd level.

Great location, spacious and clean!

Great location and clean! The pool was great for lounging and the surrounding properties were also clean and well kept. Felt save and secure. Common spaces in the condo were spacious and comfy! Beds were comfortable and got great rest. Garage space was nice for keeping golf clubs and car. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful townhome!

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. We loved it! It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved the location. Only negative part was there wasn’t a ton of dog friendly grass areas, but we found some that were fairly close. Just plan on walking a couple minutes to take your dog to the bathroom. Besides that the home was wonderful and the community pool was very well maintained. We would recommend staying here!

8 people and a pug (or two)

Great property for two families (8 people and 2 pugs) with lots of room and close to hiking, eating and swimming. We had a great time. Only thing was not a lot of grass for the dogs, but they made do.

Loved our stay

Went for warmer weather in January. Lots of trails and paths to walk nearby. Such a dog friendly area! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, got busy over weekends, but we were there for 3 weeks so not a problem. Had 2 dogs with us and the potty area was near and stocked with poop bags. In fact all the parks and walking paths were as well. Would definitely consider staying here again. This home was large, comfortable and well furnished. Fit our needs well.

Beautiful & relaxing!

This property is gorgeous! It’s so pretty & well decorated. There were plenty of bath towels, pool towels, linens & extra cozy fleece blankets. There was plenty of space for everyone with two living spaces, including pull out couches. The mattresses are all super comfy, including the bunk beds! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is a 1 minute walk and so much fun for adults & kids alike. The hosts really have thought of everything, down to mints on top of fresh towels left folded on the bed. We will for sure be back!

Overall the stay was great. We did experience a couple of quirky problems with a couple of appliances but the property manager team jumped and worked miracles to get them resolved for us.

Fully stocked locked and loaded

This is probably the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. And we have rented quite a few through different portals. We rented this property for our family to get together for an early Christmas celebration. We were concerned at first if it would be stocked with enough equipment for the full Christmas dinner we had planned - turns out they had everything we needed and more. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (which is maybe a 1 minute walk from the front door) and pool towels were provided. Lots of spaces in this rental to spread out and hang with the fam. Super comfortable. Everything was perfect. It was far enough from everything to not be busy with traffic yet it was close enough to St George, Tuacan, and Zions that it was quick and easy to get to everything we wanted. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. If we ever need to stay in southern Utah again this will be our go-to rental for sure.

Clean & convenient & dog friendly

Loved our week stay here. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, lots of space, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood pool was clean and lots of fun. There’s an area to walk dogs and they provide doggie cleanup bags. I would highly recommend this place for its comfort and location. It was a perfect stay!
