Loved this property! Views from living area and bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Convenient location and parking. Pool, tennis and clubhouse right across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect. The space was clean and the view was absolutely stunning. It was really nice having the back area (ground level) for the dogs! The condo had all the kitchen appliances, utensils, etc you need! The host was responsive and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was welcoming and clean. My husband, dog and I enjoyed our stay. There is a nice walking path right out of the back door with views of the mountains and rock formations.

This pet friendly condo was perfect. First floor with a spectacular view with a very comfortable patio. This was a perfect one bedroom for us and our dogs.

St George

Place was great, other than the pickleball/tennis courts were non operational until 4/18, so we were not able to use this amenity, even though it was advertised that the courts were available. There was dog hair on the master comforter, but we just didn’t use it. Overall, the apartment was perfect, great layout and everything we needed. Will stay again next year.

Arrived at the condo and it was completely dirty. Dog hair throughout the condo to include inside the bed sheets. We spent 40 to buy cleaners as well as 3 hours cleaning so we could try to enjoy this condo. Modern is misrepresented as this condo need basic maintenance ie. slider door barely opens, AC won't keep up with 100 degree weather. Note, we were there for 6 nights and only got 1 roll of TP. Next to no paper products ie. Paper towels and TP. Jeff was responsive, but the fact the condo we so dirty to include the patio I would not recommend this unit in anyway. I have never left a negative rating, but feel people must know this unit will not meet your expectations.

We take all guest feedback seriously, but we do require documentation to address issues effectively. Despite requesting photos three times, none were provided. Furthermore, our cleaner arrived within two hours of your message but was unable to enter due to your dogs being left unattended in the unit. While we always aim to provide a five-star experience—and would have gladly brought additional supplies had we been notified after day one—we cannot issue refunds without verification of the issues raised. We invite future guests to read our past reviews, which accurately reflect our high standards of responsiveness and cleanliness.
