Pass Condos are situated at the Perdido Pass in Orange Beach. Across street from restaurants, beach gift shops and shopping. Amenities at Pass condos are too many to list, but must highlight heated indoor pool, outdoor pool and exercise area. The unit rental comes with a first come, first serve docking; however does not come with assigned boat slip. The gorgeous views from balcony are over Cotton Bayou, Robinson Island, both of which are highly populated as the “hot spots” with boaters and sun bathers. Unit 304 is a spacious 2 Br/ 2.5 bath that accommodates up to six (6) guest comfortably. Unit boast several TVs to include a 75 inch in the living area. This unit is immaculately clean and furnished for your perfect vacation. Extremely nice, family oriented, low density property. This unit requires a minimum seven (7) night rental.

Great location and facilities

The condo has a great layout. And the location is perfect. We had issues with the condo itself. The owner left many personal items in the condo. One shelf in the door of the fridge was full of condiments. The dresser in the master had linens in two drawers. The closet in the guest bedroom could not be used because it was full of personal items. There was not room to hang clothes. No dresser in guest room and tv was on the floor. There had also been a cat in the condo at some point. The couch was scrated on both ends by cat claws. There was also pet pee on the end of the rug at the end of the couch. My granddaughter has pet allergies so this was a problem. We have rented through VRBO a dozen or more times and I have never seen a condo or home that was not clean of personal items. There were 3 lock out closets so personal items should have been put up. Having said this if the condo was maintained as a VRBO and properly cleaned I would rent again.

Perfect spot!

My husband and I loved this property! It is a gorgeous place (much better than the photos) and the location is superb! The host replied super fast both times I had a question. We will definitely choose this place again.

Fishing and beach vacation

The condo was incredible and exactly as described. Location is close to the beach and the fishing was incredible. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking just about anything. The owner was very responsive. There was a bit of construction happening on the property. We had an amazing time and can't wait to rent this unit again.

NIGHTMARE vacation experience

Tell you about our stay??? Well, I’d love to except we never checked in, laid eyes on the place, or STAYED!! After driving 5 hours with our 3 small children for what was supposed to be a week long beach vacation, Debbie FINALLY called us at 4:30 (check-in was supposed to be at 4:00) to laughingly tell us that the unit 2 floors above had flooded and the condo was wet. She said that “she just found out” however she was in the condo in Orange Beach when she called but her primary residence is in Mississippi. She said she could “try” to have it dried out the next day if “we” could accommodate ourselves for the night. After not being able to find anywhere to stay, we tried calling her to discuss options and she never answered, therefore we drove back home with a packed down truck with 3 sad kids. She called the next day but only after finding out we had gone back home did she say the condo would have “probably” been ready as she laughed and said WE wouldn’t understand but these things just happened!!She promised to cancel our trip so VRBO would refund our money. We called VRBO for a week straight and each time they said they needed to put us on hold to confirm with the owner that we weren’t at the property. They called all 3 numbers on file each time and she NEVER answered, therefore, our refund was delayed until VRBO could conduct their own investigation of the claim. We could have received our refund a lot sooner if she had the decency to pick up the phone or respond to emails.

Great Views! Beautiful Condo.

We absolutely loved this condo. It worked great for our family. The Kitchen was well equipped and everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. We had a couple of small issues but owner addressed them ASAP. We can’t wait to book this property again soon.

2020 Vacation from the Corona Virus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pass Condominium. The property is clean, nice pool, close to the beach. For me being able to relax and watch the boats come and go was so relaxing. Loved the places to eat close by. Very enjoyable. .
