Summer House on Romar Beach Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We had an amazing time in Orange Beach! The condo was in a perfect location and the views were amazing! We were even able to see the fireworks show right from the balcony that not to mention, wraps all the way around. Condo was just as described, clean, updated and the easiest check in we have had yet! Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and perfect location. Unfortunately the ac lines had malfunctioned and had workers in our room for 3 days and very loud industrial equipment.

Awesome condo, wrap around balcony was fantastic, beach access was great. Beautifully decorated and well furnished with kitchen utensils. We fell in love with this condo, and the location, can’t wait to go back!!

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect for anyone who loves the beach and easy beach access. The condo itself was very accommodating and offered an absolutely stunning view of the gulf as well (and being on the 5th floor allowed for miles of viewing).

The beds were comfortable but no blankets were offered. Just the quilt & sheets. Bring a blanket. The living room furniture was minimal & not very comfortable. So we didn’t really get much family time in the condo. A movie night would have been difficult. Other than those two things it was a great stay. The kitchen & bathrooms were beautiful & we really enjoyed the separate ice machine. Very unique!

The security team was very friendly when we arrived for check in and always ready to help enter the property. The unit was clean and well appointed, just as described. There were some ‘woooooo’ guys and girls, but they seemed to keep it down during the quiet hours. Beach access was very convenient, as was access to grocery and souvenir shopping. We did have a short water outage during our stay due to a water main issue that required some construction that couldn’t be avoided (impacting the entire building, not just this unit). The hosts were communicative about the issue, which was a welcome surprise.Over all, the experience was great and we will be back.

I grew up going to the beach every year with my family. This is the first time I stayed in an end unit. This is the best unit I’ve stayed at. I love that every bedroom had a view of the beach and a sliding glass door to access the wrap around balcony. The view from the balcony was a non-obstructive panoramic view! This unit was very clean and the decor was very nice. Definitely a five star rating!
