The quiet neighborhood is located on the Dogwood / Azalea Trail. It is centrally located in town. Nearby there are parks, shopping, restaurants, and the Riverpark center. The backyard is fully fenced to protect any four footed guests.

Very nice comfortable house. Just a couple complaints/suggestions First time we turned on the oven the house filled up with smoke. I had to clean the oven. There was a lot of grease standing in it. Could use new thicker pot holders. The backsplash behind sink was falling down and wouldn’t stay up and it had been taped prior to us being there.

Loved the home and the location as it was close to our home (we rented this property for family coming in from out of town) and they said everything was perfect. We will use this home (hopefully it'll be available) for future visits from our family.

Great House and Location

We rented this house for a weekend pickleball tournament. It was our second stay here, and it was just a s great this time around!Very clean, great communication, and perfect location for us.HIghly recommend!

Adorable House on Hill Avenue

The house was absolutely adorable and just as described. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s not walking distance to downtown, but a quick drive. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay! The house is an adorably remodeled home with plenty of space. We loved that the owners had a pet policy and we were able to travel with our dog. The location is close to everything in Owensboro. Would book again.

Had a great stay at the house on Hill Ave. Plenty of room and beds. Great experience with the host. He even let us get in a few hours early. Would recommend.

Charming house in quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for us, and super clean. I needed a place with 1st floor bedrooms for my elderly siblings, so this was a great find. It also has a converted attic space with two twin beds that would be great for kids (or anyone not in their 80s). The AC easily handled the hot summer temps.

Perfect house for families

We came for the NSA softball World Series and having never been to Owensboro, we didn’t know what to expect. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated, family friendly and full of amenities. The host/hostess were very friendly and pleasant to work with, accommodating to our changing schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great stay

We (2 adults) had a very nice stay here. The house is in a cute neighborhood, close to a lot of restaurants/ shopping/parks. It was very clean. The pictures represent the house very well. We only stayed 2 nights and were out during the day so we didn't cook in the house but it seemed like they had everything if we needed to. The fenced yard is good if you're traveling with pets. The owners were friendly and responsive.

Perfect for our family

This house is beautifully and thoughtfully set up for guests. We had a great time while town for a family wedding. The outdoor temperature was hot but the inside stayed cool. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. All areas were very clean. They even had a bin of toys that my toddler loved! We will definitely book again if we find ourselves back in the area!
