Welcome to the Sunshine City! Tucked away in the sunny city of St Petersburg you can walk to the water, kayak in the mangroves, take a walk on the Pinellas Trail, and grab a bite to eat on the water all within walking distance to our great little get-a-way!
Our one bedroom condo has all the amenities to move right in and enjoy your vacation. It has been tastefully updated and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. An enclosed sunroom with windows to let in the morning sun or enjoy a candlelight dinner. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of storage for your stay. Bath is equipped with renovated shower. Laundry facility is steps away and the pool is located at end of building. There is one covered parking space directly in front of your unit. Super convenient location with 5-10 minute drive to the St Petersburg beaches, downtown St Petersburg or the Skyway bridge heading south to Bradenton. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance. This little gem is a comfortable and quiet condo that is convenient to so many resources and provides you the flexibility and cost savings over a hotel. Take a few days to relax and unwind in the Sunshine state!

Great little spot

Everything was wonderful. Very centrally located for what we were doing. We were down there for the Gran Prix of St. Petersburg. 20 minute drive to the track and a 20 minute drive to the beach!

The property is exactly as the photos indicate. we were extremely impressed with having all of our needs met. We are so happy with the property. We have booked for two months next year. Wonderful location and an extremely quiet stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Close to it all

The apartment was close to fantastic eateries, grocery stores and shopping. Loved the Marina. The laundry facilities were right there The place was well stocked with anything that you would need. Would stay again. Thank you.

Convenient location

We have stayed at this property before. You can walk to stores and restaurants. It's a short drive to the beach. We go to Pass-a-Grill Beach. I like the bike/walking path right outside the condo. The condo is updated and has a nice pool which is not heated. Stocked kitchen with washer and dryers for condo residents use.

A well-equipped condo in a great neighborhood, owner very responsive

I was in town for a conference at Eckerd College and the condo was just perfect. The kitchen had everything I needed to make quick meals. The numbered parking spot is conveniently right in front of the door. The owner responds to questions quickly. The king-size bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi great, the living room sofa and chairs nice to relax in. The photos are accurate. Everything was very clean. I enjoyed my week long stay. The neighborhood is very convenient to the major highways, and there’s a CVS and Publix within walking distance as well as a few restaurants in the plaza. Tiki Docks was mentioned by several guests as a nice place to dine and I agree. It’s a tiki bar and restaurant just up the street with outdoor and indoor dining and casual pub food. Very relaxing. I was glad I brought my beach towel as the towels provided could use a refresh. But other than this minor detail, I truly enjoyed my stay and plan to return when I have more time to explore the area.

Wonderful Stay

Perfect condo for a stay in St. Pete! The only issue we had was there was not even a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, with no backup. We didn't realize there was no backup until almost midnight and had to run around the corner to the store. Other than that- this place is spotless, pool area was great, and this rental has everything you would need! Thank you again for the hospitality!

Clean and comfy

I needed a place near Eckerd college for a conference and this worked beautifully! Nice neighborhood, clean place with a fully stocked kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Just what I needed. Be sure to go to Tiki Docks Skyway Bar + Grill for dinner! Their food is delicious and it's within walking distance.

Great location

This condo is in a great location. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Walking and bike path right outside your front door. Approximately ten minutes to the beaches and downtown. Nicely updated condo.
