3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at this private, quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Pool, hot tub, sun chairs, umbrellas, outdoor heated shower, fire pit, a well-equipped kitchen, a working fireplace.

Located atop Lomita Estates just 1.25 miles northwest of the historic Sonoma Plaza, this wonderful retreat features everything you'll need for a long weekend or even longer family get-together.

Views and stunning scenery greet you from every angle. Nestled at the top of the city, there are only trees, vineyards, birdlife, and foliage to stare at home on a 1/2 acre.

Dine outdoors under stunning market lights in the evening.

Pool heating: the pool is solar heated (April through Oct) via Solar Panels on the roof of the home. The pool temperature fluctuates with the weather and the solar system averages:

Brad and Michael's home was fully stocked with everything we needed for a great long weekend in Sonoma! Communication was excellent from reservation throughout the entirety of our stay. We'd be happy to stay again!

Perfect Sonoma Getaway

My friends and I stayed here for another friend’s wedding in town and it couldn’t have been better. The house itself felt like home and Michael & Brad couldn’t have been more gracious hosts. We will definitely be back!

Stunning property

We had the absolute best time during our stay. The property has everything you could think of and more. The hosts have thought about your every need and they will try their very best to accommodate you. The stay was so relaxing and just what we needed as a family. The area is stunning and very peaceful. We will definitely stay again here

Amazing house in a great location

We enjoyed this property over several days of a long weekend, taking in all the amenities as well as the views. Everything was in great shape and Michael was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay. We can't wait to return!

We had such a wonderful stay at Brad and Michael’s beautiful Sonoma home! We were four friends on a road trip through wine country, and this was the perfect home base for exploring.The house is tucked into the hills under the trees, so even though we were there during a heat wave, it always felt cooler and comfortable. The pool was wonderfully refreshing during the day and warm in the evening. Ending each day relaxing in the Jacuzzi was a treat.The kitchen is probably the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. We enjoyed making pancakes in the mornings and cooking dinner in the evenings and eating outside under the trees, watching spectacular sunsets from the deck. Such a beautiful way to end the day.We took advantage of the game collection and recommend some Rummikub!The hosts were always available for any needs and when we couldn't find a hair dryer, they had one delivered that day!We only wish we stayed longer and hopefully next time for a full week.Thank you for sharing your address beautiful home with us.

Perfect spot and retreat in Sonoma

The hosts are amazing and the property is fantastic for a small to midsize group! Wonderful pool and hot tub, beds, and view. All the fixings! Moreover, the most wonderful and gracious hosts.

Lovely peaceful house

What a lovely house with amazing views and great facilities. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Michael was such a great host, he checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome property and hosts!

It was everything it promised and more. Spacious, inviting and very relaxing. A great place to come home to after visiting Napa or Sonoma. Fully stocked kitchen, bath and outside space. It felt like staying at a friends house. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts Michael and Brad.

Michael and Brad’s hospitality is unmatched! The property was gorgeous and truly included any and all comforts of home you could imagine and more! Michael was in constant communication with us throughout the trip to ensure we had everything we could need to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent in every way!

Our stay was beyond expectations! The property was great; the views amazing and a super backyard space which provided the perfect gathering space at the end of the day. Most of all, it’s challenging to find enough good things to say about the host, Michael. He was so responsive and kind and I highly recommend staying here!

Sonoma stay

We came to Sonoma for 3 days as part of a family vacation to CA. Michael and Brad were extremely accommodative hosts. We have stayed in rental properties many times in the past but this was by far our best experience to date. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again on another trip to Sonoma/Napa.

We looked at dozens of properties to purchase in Sonoma and the surrounding areas and none offered everything we wanted from this unique estate. We love this property, its amenities, the location, and the serenity it provides, and trust you'll enjoy it as much as we do.

Only minutes away from everything you need, but you feel as though you're 100 miles from civilization when you're on the property due to the amazing views, hillside, birdlife, and privacy the property provides. Many afternoons have been spent sipping beverages, throwing our kids in the pool, or cozying up with a good book.
