Long Beach Single story Ranch

This is a 2 bed 2 bath Ranch with a ten minute walk to the Beach. It has 2 queen beds, a hideabed & bunk beds. We offer a gas BBQ and lots of outdoor seating. It has a washing machine & dryer, XBOX, clam guns out back and lots of games for those nights in. The house has a large lot. 2 available RV hook ups. Lots of boat parking. 1 hook up comes with the house for a 50 dollar fee. Pets allowed with a fee. We hope you enjoy our Beach House!

Great stay

Perfect location to in town "hotspots" and a short drive to the beach. Well appointed house. We traveled with our 3 kids and they nid not have to share a bed or sleep on a pullout couch. Perfect setup.

Great place, everything we needed, felt like home

We stayed during late August. The property was excellent. Everything we needed was there; from the well appointed kitchen, to the washer dryer, and excellent off-street parking. It was clear that the owner has taken great care and invested to make this property excellent. It’s no wonder that so many guests return.

Great location & comfortable

We rented this house for a weekend. The neighborhood was cute & quiet. The owners were quick to respond. They had everything we needed & MORE. The beds were comfortable. We slept like babies. We are already planning our next trip to Long Beach & renting this house again.

The house was clean as a whistle & convenient to beach .& downtown. I would rent here again.

Would rent the house again. The only negative was it listed air conditioning & all it had was a couple portable units that could be moved from room to room. Not ideal especially if had been any warmer.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I rate this home as one of my top vacation rentals and I started in 2011! Ron thought of everything; games, every kitchen appliance and gadget, spices, ample linens, work space, family friendly furniture, fire pit, etc. This is a gem, I hope I have a chance to stay here again!

Cute house, perfect for those with children

This house is adorable and suited our needs. Close to town and beach. Felt very cosey. Only negatives were homes across the way were a bit unsightly.

Good experience

Nice home, close to town. The check in process was very easy. Home was equipped with most everything you would need. The clam digging in ocean park was excellent. The checkout process was easy. We would definately rent this place again. Thank you for letting us use your home, we had an awesome time!

Lazy days

We were looking for a few quiet days and got just what we wanted. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would want. The only glitch was the 'air freshener' which had an overpowering smell and we had to take it outside for the duration.

Great home!

This is a great property! Home has everything you need. Not too far out of town, good walk if you are up to it! Very clean inside and out. Owners have added nice touches to inside, you really feel at home. Plan to rent again!

Great house for a family of 4-6.

Great house. Kitchen is well equipped with all essentials. In fact, the best amount of essentials I have experienced having while renting houses. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Beach was great, not overcrowded since it is away from the downtown. House is very clean. Suitable for our family with two kids and two adults. Check in and check out process is easy. The house is located on a quiet street but very close to a main strip with a grocery store and restaurants. Thanks much for having us.

Nice vacation at Long Beach

Family Time

Home was exactly as described and then some. Everything we needed the home provided. Had a bbq one night for all family in Long Beach and it was perfect. We were 4 adults and one 17 year old grandson, plenty of room. Will rent again in the future.

anniversary getaway

We just wanted to have a quiet weekend with my Aunt and Uncle to play cards and visit. We had a double wedding with them in 1965. So we have both had long lives together and enjoyed visiting and playing cards. The operation of the tv was quite confusing for all of us. We never found the news or regular tv shows, but we did all try to operate. More instuctions would have been nice. The house seemed really full of stuff. There could have been less stuff. It was nice to have the cleaning service charge so we didn't have to clean before we left. It was like a hotel, but nicer. The bed linens etc. could have been a little nicer. All in all it was great.

Great weekend at this sweet house

This home was a last minute find and even better than we expected. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach or into town. The kitchen had any/all appliances that you need to cook with and then some. Everything was tidy and clean and we had no issues.
