The property was impeccable.. the inside and outside were beautiful and exactly as posted. The anemities were a huge plus especially if your traveling with family and little kids. The host was super responsive amd helpful.

Everything was great and the resort is fabulous!! The security is a bit intense, so make sure to give the host the name and number and license plate of all staying at the rental.

The property was perfect, great location, very clean, stocked with needed supplies, as described in the listing, Oasis Club was great, quiet, property managers very responsive. The check in process was troublesome so if you go, just connect with the property manager first to ensure your name is on the list to enter the grounds. Overall would definitely rent again!!

Perfect location

We stayed 7 nights. Great location and the Oasis club is a nice little extra. House was very clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owner was also great and questions answered quickly. Would recommend to friends and will stay again!

Great place for Disney World

The property was very clean and comfortable to stay in! In house ammeneties and utility was as advertised and helpful for the stay. The area was very quiet and felt safe - but not too far for accessibility. Local shops, food, groceries, and Disney World are at good distances. The host was very accomodating ans communicative throughout the entire stay.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. It was the perfect temperature and spacious. The house was big enough for everyone and store is close by. Driving distance to Disney isn’t far, I-4 traffic to Disney is what makes it longer than it should be.

Spacious and Clean

Property was very spacious, clean and quiet. Property owners replied back immediately when I contacted them. They had dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and a few trash bags for us upon arrival. Definitely will go back!!!

Great week at ChampionsGate

We have stayed in the Orlando / Kissimmee area for 15-20 years, but this was our first time staying in ChampionsGate. The house was as advertised and our communication with the host was always timely and efficient. The gated community made us feel very safe. There were areas to walk or run without worrying about traffic or other issues. We visited several golf courses in the area and had an easy 20-30 minute drive to each. We would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Well recommended!

This home is great and very comfortable. It is clean, all the furniture are new. We are 6 adults and two children, the house was able to accommodate us so well enough, even we could have invited one more family. The host was very responsive to my questions. It was 30 minutes drive to Magic Kingdom and the Hollywood Studios in heavy traffic.

Excellent alternative to Orlando / Disney hotels and resorts!

This was our first Vrbo! It was nice having the place to ourselves with full amenities. Doing laundry and being able to cook your own food was a godsend and a money saver! Property was very nice with very little to complain about (refrigerator filter needed replaced, Keurig needed to be descaled, and a pool net would have been nice, but not deal breakers). Access to the gated community club house and pools was nice too. Would most certainly consider stay here again the next time we're in the Orlando area and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

Florida Soccer Getaway

The house was great. Everyone had enough space to themselves. The Oasis club was great to just hang out together and relax as well as the pool at the house. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. The only thing that I didn't like was I love to cook and there were not enough cooking supplies. So if you plan to cook see what is availabile in the home first. If you eat out then no worries! If you have a large group you will need to pick up your own paper towels and toilet paper. The house gives you a few starters but not enough to last. No extra essentials available in the home. Traffic to the Orlando area could be a bit rough at times but I would rather the traffic then being in overcrowded Orlando. Overall though I would stay here again.

We had a nice trip to Orlando. We stayed here July 11th through the 18th of 2026. The place was nice and spacious. There was everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking daily. The private pool was very nice and the kids loved it. We did have a problem with the air conditioning where it stopped working on our 4th or 5th day. I called Julian and he was there about 10 minutes later and had it back working quickly. The community is gated and the tag reader function at the gate never worked for us so we had to punch a code every time we entered. Wasn’t a big deal but because of this the lines to get n could sometimes take a while. There are two club houses that you can go to with this property and the kids really enjoyed both. One had a lazy river, large sized pool, and also a kids play area basically a splash pad type area. It also had a gym and a small game room tho not many games. There is a theater that you can use also and each day they have a different kids movie you can watch. The other park which I didn’t go to but the kids and grandkids did had larger water slides and a splash pad. If you are going to the parks it takes around 45 minutes drive time most days though it did take a little over an hour a couple times. Traffic is horrible but we were on vacation so we didn’t sweat it. There is a Publix grocery store only a few minutes away as well as several other stores and Eateries. There is plenty of parking though not assigned. Overall very nice trip.

Amazing Family Location

Our stay in Champions Gate was amazing! Check-in was easy and Julian provided great directions on how to access the property. Every room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the grocery store was pretty close. Our family of 9 ( 5 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 3yr old) had enough space to enjoy eachother and find areas to just unwind away from the group. The pool and grill were a nice accommodation. The location of the property was very close to the clubhouse where we enjoyed the 3 pools! The teenagers enjoyed access to the basketball court. It was nice being only about 15-20 minutes away from the Disney parks. We'll definitely be back!

Great Stay! Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and had all amenities in good working order. Julian was highly responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We had 4 adults and 3 children, ranging from 0-13 and everyone had a space they could enjoy and retreat to after a long day. The pool in the back was the perfect size and temperature and allowed for many hours of fun during the day and evening. One small opportunity would be that we expected a bit more in the way of cooking dishes (baking sheets, large frying pan with lid, etc) that would have made it easier to prepare a meal for a large group as well as additional toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, etc. available for the stay as there were only minimal provided. The washing machine and dryer were amazing to have and were both easy to use and in good working order. We spent several days at the Oasis which had something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You cannot bring your own snacks however the food and drinks available were tasty and very reasonably priced. The arcade is cash only. Overall our stay was amazing and we would not hesitate to book our next vacation here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic!!

This property is great! Pictures are very accurate. Check in and check out were easy. Close to all the parks and only an hour and a half drive to the gulf or Atlantic. The resort area was great for all ages. I only had a couple questions for Julian and he responded promptly each time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
