Fabulous beach location

Our two month stay was everything we hoped for and more. The views of the water and sounds of the beach are truly amazing plus breathtaking Mountain View’s on the front side of the house. The Beach is so private and relaxing. We enjoyed snorkeling daily. We saw Sea turtles and lots of colorful fish. Also a Hawaiian Monk Seal napping on the sand. The house is well maintained and Jill was helpful to us with any questions or issues we had. Such a magical place full of aloha spirit.

Completely private back yard on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best feature of this home, my personal favorite, is the raised lanai with 2 ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. If the trade winds slow there is no need to swelter. The high speed ceiling fans do the trick. The view of the ocean is stunning from the outdoor table and chairs. The second best feature is the private, fenced back yard with stair access to the beach below. From this height, people walking along the beach aren’t able to look into this property. This house isn’t recently updated which added to the coziness of this home. I recommend this house for families. With 4 bedrooms, there is enough room to spread out. I will DEFINITELY return to this house in the future.

Perfect Place

This place is just perfect. It had a beautiful outdoor seating area, and was close to some very fun things (e.g. Tao Luau, Hang gliding). We did have to drive to Honolulu to see other things (e.g. Pearl Harbour) and to spend some time in iconic Waikiki but it all worked out for us. No complaints really, would stay there again.

Fabulous Haleiwa/North Shore Location for 1 Family (Qty 4)

Overall, we were very pleased our selection. Semi-private beach, turtles, swimming, snorkeling...decent places to eat nearby. Beds are comfortable, decently furnished, furniture is a little tired. Major downer...ONLY TWO OF THE BEDROOMS have AC.......moved mattress into master for our 12 year old son. Kitchen and living area are NOT cooled. Probably OK in non summer months. Property manager was average at best.

Amazing stay at at amazing property

This is the third house we have stayed at on this amazing beach on the North Shore of Oahu. This house was the best so far. Well taken care of, comfortable furnishings, all the comforts of home. The beach is amazing, protected by the reef the water stays nice and calm, perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel. We swam with many turtles and beautiful fish. The house had plenty of snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels and sand toys. And the outdoor shower has hot water, that was one of the highlights, nice touch! The back porch is covered and has nice seating for sunset meals. Upstairs has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main living room would get a little hot and there is no overhead fan, but we ended up bringing the box fan downstairs and it cooled off nicely with the doors and windows open. We had family pictures planned and noticed there was no iron, we contacted the property manager and she had one to us the next day. Overall this was such a perfect property for our family of 6. My only real criticism is that the Barbeque really needs to be replaced, it is practically unusable. Every other aspect of the house and our stay was excellent. So sad to leave after 10 amazing days, but we are already planning to book this property again. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing island home!

Tremendous week at the NS

Rented this magnificent property for a week in January with family of 6. The house and property were presented as described and in very good shape. Overall we found the location to be perfect because it had a protected beach that was swimable while still being within a short drive to Haleiwa and surfing at pipeline. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that we needed from plenty of beach towels to a well equipped kitchen. Maybe we are a bit jaded from renting beach houses on the east coast (obx) where the rentals are dogged, dirty and stripped bare, so it was really nice to find a home where someone paid attention to detail. Most importantly, the house was extremely clean...much cleaner than we would have expected...and this comes from several family members who are OCD about cleanliness. If it were my place, the only things I would do is add another lounge chair for the yard and invest in a slightly bigger/better grill because we grilled out nightly. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend this property to anyone!

Amazingly spectacular!

It was hard to leave this beautiful home this morning. The sun was bright, the waves were crashing on the shore and we just wanted to sit on the porch and take it all in one last time before saying good-bye. Until next time.....,

Amazing!

This house was amazing! The view even better. This was our first time to Hawaii and I think we hit the jackpot on houses! Everything was as described in description and even better. Jill was a pleasure to deal with and was available anytime we needed her. So glad we decided to stay in the North Shore. Best part of Oahu!

Beautiful home that allowed complete relaxation. Enough room to have the family together or places to be alone. Beach so close- sitting there and watching the stars was wonderful. Cannot wait to come back!

Stunning High End Rental

Wow, what a view, what a place. Located away from the masses, this home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice, it is even better in real life! The turtles and sea life are right there for you to enjoy, then the whale watching was over the top. The Sound of the ocean put us to sleep every night. Fresh fish on the BBQ from the nearby farmers market was amazing. Yes this place was perfect!!! Clean, Elegant, and Heavenly

Truly spectacular

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly want. Turtles everywhere; awesome snorkeling just out front; soft sandy and practically private beach. The property management people were extremely helpful and accommodating, so much so that I think we will only use their homes in the future.

Perfect.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean right out your back door.. We saw turtles, mana rays and spinner dolphins while sitting on the lanai. Snorkel gear and boogies boards for your use. Convenient to Haleiwa and an easy drive to Honollu. Beautiful place. Clean and spacious. I miss it so much!

Unbelievable Experience In Paradise

In our 16 years of renting vacation homes, this was by FAR the most exceptional rental property we've had the pleasure of staying in. From the stunning location and gorgeous tropical setting to the Balinese style decor and cleanliness of the property, it exceeded our expectations in every way and set the stage for what we all agreed was our most amazing vacation ever! We enjoyed some of the best snorkeling on the island just 10 steps from the back porch, which was an invaluable perk; swam with sea turtles every day; and never saw more than two people on the beach in front of the house at one time. The photos don't do this home justice - truly magical! Thank you, Jill, for making our experience so wonderful and being such a pleasure to deal with - it was greatly appreciated!!!

Everything you want for your Hawaiian Getaway

This home is perfect for island relaxation! With your own beach just steps away, a big, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, the friendly sea turtles off-shore and plenty of places to just hang out, this place has it all. Close to the beaches of the North Shore and the quaint town of Haleiwa. We were a group of 4 adults and one child and were completely comfortable. It felt like our own house (we wish!). We will be back!

Beyond expectations!!

Once you walk into this house you feel like you have entered a very special place. Perfect location, very well equipped!! I have rented many houses in Hawaii and all over the world and this one is in my top. It just has everything you need to make you stay perfect. And thank you Jill for being a great manager and making the stay even more perfect. We will be back!!!
