Wonderful family vacation spot

Our family had a great stay! The heated pool and little backyard oasis was perfect. Location was spectacular! Short drive from Mesa, many good options and grocery story close by. John was great at communication and checking in to see how things were going. Would definitely recommend - perfect for families or groups of friends.

The host was very welcoming, clear on all information we needed to know & went above by checking in to see if we needed anything or if our expectations were met. First host that reached out, showed he cared about us and our stay. House was clean, had everything we needed plus more and set up was great to keep family busy with heated pool and game room. I highly recommend this one!

Host was great! House was awesome. Love that all rooms are upstairs. Also home was nicely decorated but honestly pretty child proof considering which was nice. We had ages from 1-5years old with my son and nephews. So not having to worry about a bunch of breakables was such a relief.

beautiful home

The home was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and entire backyard with the beautiful view of the mountains, fire pit and comfortable chairs. Having only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms was a bit of a challenge, but we made it work. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Thank you for your comments Margaret. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and would be honored to host you in the future. To provide clarification to potential guests reading this review, the upstairs has a master bedroom with an attached master bathroom, the other three bedrooms have a bathroom close by and there is a third bathroom downstairs. So a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the house.

We were very happy with this rental!

This house is exactly as described. It was clean and in great condition. I appreciated the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The owner checked in with us to make sure we got in to the house, and later how we were doing, and he was very responsive to the questions I had.

Beautiful home inside and out

Our family loved our weeklong stay for spring break! The interior was clean, well stocked, and everything was just as advertised in the photos. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was amazing Our kids (7 and 4) loved playing the games upstairs and playing in the pool. We spent each morning of our trip exploring the hiking trails and other activities in the area, then relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. We also enjoyed using the grill to cook dinner on several occasions. John was an excellent host and responded right away to the couple questions we had. Our family would love to return next time we are in the area.

I'm John and I had the pleasure of hosting on VRBO for two years. Please feel free to drop me a line if you want to explore the countryside - I love telling people my favorite places to visit and explore.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I love the Valley of the Sun and the State of Arizona and have been coming here for years. My favourite place is the Superstition Mountains of which Gold Canyon is located at the base. So many things to do and places to explore whether its hiking, birding, golfing, shopping or just lying by the pool in the bright Arizona sunshine.
