Comfortable, newly renovated private home waiting for you to relax in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the 60 and the 202 for easy access to most anything! Restaurants in walking distance, multiple golf courses in a 10-mile radius. Hiking, shopping, anything you want is close by! Enjoy the private oasis in the backyard with a pool heated November through April (for an additional $35 a day), lounge area, and a covered patio with a propane fire pit. The house has a spacious open floor plan with a king bed in the master with large ensuite bathroom walk-in shower and garden tub. Queen beds in each of the guest rooms, with Roku TV's. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a bar in the living room. The house is only 9 miles from the Mesa-Phoenix Gateway Airport.

Very good location and properly was accessible to major roadways and near grocery and other stores. Home was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house

The house was great. The small stuff that we needed was at the house. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything we needed. I will definitely book again when returning to the area.

This home was a lovely place to stay. It was within reasonable drive distance to all the attractions or restaurants that are desirable to visit. The home was not only clean but adequately supplied with all the things needed to make our stay comfortable. Would without a doubt recommend. We.comfortable.enjoyed using the pool and playing games

Great property with outstanding hosts

The property was very nice, clean and well furnished. Renae was great to work with. She was friendly and always quick to respond from the moment we booked throughout our entire stay. Location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and hiking trails. Highly recommend.

Family Visit

We were here for granddaughters first birthday from Illinois and Missouri. 6 adults. We loved the location. So close to my son’s house and area activities. The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable and the owners had many extras for guests to enjoy! The pool was just the right size to cool off in the Arizona heat!

Lovely Property

We had an amazing stay. The home was beautifully decorated but simple. It was easy to find conveniently located. It was about 30 minutes from the airport but didn’t feel due to easy highway access. The pool was the favorite of the house, we spent many mornings and evenings just hanging in the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back if we come to the area.

Fantastic Rental!

My spouse and in-laws stayed at the residence over the 4th of July holiday. The house was clean and had great amenities. The pool and backyard were like a resort. I recommend staying at this property.

Amazing Oasis!

My son, daughter in law and grandson stayed in this beautiful house and absolutely loved it! It truly was an oasis in the desert! Everything was immaculate, the hosts were more than gracious and so easy to contact, and it was close to shopping, restaurants, sites to see. Relaxing and serene is how they described it. Best Stay Ever

My best friend and I were looking for a place to stay in Mesa and we could not have picked a better spot! Renae was so helpful with everything. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. We were so impressed with the care for our comfort and the number of amenities made available to us. We will absolutely be going again!

Truly a home away from home

We loved our stay here. The home has everything you could possibly need. You could grocery shop and never leave again. The kitchen has all appliances, prep tools, dishes, pans, spices, you name it, they have it covered. I appreciated the instructions on turning off the security cameras. We ended up here after a stay at another VRBO where cameras were on and it was uncomfortable knowing we were being watched, even though we weren’t doing anything wrong. The home is very close to Superstition mountain and Apache Junction. Upon Renae’s suggestion, we went to Lost Dutchman State Park to see the sunrise. After hiking a while, we took the beautiful drive to Canyon Lake and Tortilla Flats. It was a great day. Check the hours for Tortilla Flats and do lunch there. We just missed it and didn’t know until it was too late. This was our first trip to Arizona. Our first leg of the trip didn’t have us too excited but this home and the hospitality shown by Renae changed our minds and we’ll definitely be back!

Gem of a place in East Mesa

Renae and Nathan were amazing hosts, their home is very well-appointed. We appreciated that they provided so many of the extras that helped us to enjoy our stay. The weather wasn't kind to us but we still braved the elements and enjoyed their beautiful backyard and pool. Highly recommend this property, close to the grocery store and many restaurant options. Hope to come back next time we are in Phoenix.

Excellent home!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the cleanliness and esthetics/furnishings of the home. It was very well-equipped, updated and beautiful. The Host thought of everything...to our surprise, right down to the egg slicer! The home was comfortable and located near many amenities. The Host provided some suggestions for local attractions; we really enjoyed the Olive Mill. The Host contacted me before our stay to provide some additional information and to assure I knew who to reach if we needed anything. Unfortunately, the outside temperatures didn't cooperate, and we only used the beautiful pool briefly, but the outdoor seating and fireplace was fantastic! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wishing to stay in the Mesa area. I will definitely rent it again.

Perfect house- Perfect pool-Perfect location

This home was immaculate, comfortable, and so well thought out. It is absolutely darling! I’m not sure how long Nathan and Renae have been doing vacation rentals, but they didn’t miss a single thing! They definitely seem to have done their research and made sure to provide everything one might need. This rental is located within walking distance of grocery shopping, and a short drive to Costco, shopping, etc… Host response time was virtually immediate. We also loved that the binder contained answers to any questions we might have had, including restaurant recommendations and menus. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you!

Hello, we are Renae and Nathan Hull, and we are from Bellingham WA. We both grew up in the beautiful PNW and raised our 5 children there. We are now grandparents to 5 amazing grandkids, and it is by far the best job we have ever had! We enjoy being outside and being active, it's one of the reasons we love Arizona so much and decided to purchase our future retirement home there.

We fell in love with this house the moment we walked into it! The openness and size of the house was perfect for us, and the backyard sealed the deal! We love how close it is to shopping and restaurants. The house is also close to multiple freeways for easy access to wherever you want to go, not to mention how close we are for hiking, golfing and many other activities.
