This two-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the beach and can accommodate up to 6 guests. An open floorplan will allow natural light to spread through the condo and youll enjoy unblocked views of the beach in both the living area and master bedroom. A closer look at the beach is as simple as stepping onto your private balcony. Spend your mornings enjoying your coffee watching for the dolphins to swim by while enjoying sitting on your 7th-floor balcony.

Luxury condo nicely furnished . Can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in bedroom 2. Enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay, including free wifi and a washer and dryer in the unit. Within the fully-equipped kitchen, you will find the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your favorite meals or snacks.

Navarre Towers is full of amenities for your enjoyment during your stay. Take a swim in the large heated pool, head to the gym for a quick workout, play tennis, or basketball. Choose Grammie's Gulf View rental today!

There is a Ring doorbell with a security camera at the front door. The camera will help watch when no one is there. Only 1 camera and its at the front door.

Our favorite vacation spot

Check-in nstructions were sent early which is always nice, communication was quick if we did have an issue, check out instructions were minimal which Im thankful for when we are trying to get out the door. View was perfect, condo was clean, kids enjoyed each having queen beds

Away from all the commercial area.

The condo was wonderful and away from all the things you dont need. All the things you do need were right there. For us, that was the beach and a few great places to eat. Thanks for sharing this wonderful place!

First family trip to Navarre

This was our first time in Navarre and this specific condo, and we will definitely be back! The check in process was extremely easy, our host even let us check in early. The views were unbeatable and our two children had an amazing time, both enjoying the beach and having a cozy, clean and quiet place to rest.

Fabulous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is spotless and well appointed and you just can’t beat the view.. Steven was amazing and communicated very well. He answered any questions we had during our stay. Navarre Beach is one of favorite beach spots. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo

The condo and views were beautiful! You had a short walk to WHITE sand. Very family oriented beach. We come every year and will return next! Great condo!

Navarre Beach Trip

The condo was very clean & neat. The ocean & the beach were spectacular. The condo was comfortable & peaceful. Some updates to the condo are needed but all in all it was very nice. I would recommend staying in Navarre and at this condo.

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and spacious. Love the beach decor. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The whole property was well taken care of. Great view of the ocean. We will definitely be going back.

Perfect Condo!

From the moment we walked in we were so impressed. The decor is tasteful and up to date. This is the third condo we have stayed in at Navarre and it far outshines the others. Everything was in perfect working order and immaculate. Beds were comfortable and all lamps and lightbulbs worked! the view was perfect and we are ready to book for next year!

Laidback vacation spot

We have been staying in Destin every year for 20 years but decided to try to get away from the crowds and traffic. Navarre Beach was just what we were looking for and Grammie’s Gulf View was the perfect place. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we loved the living room furniture. Steven was very easy to work with and quick to respond when we had a minor problem. Will definitely stay there again. The one thing Destin had over Navarre beach was that Navarre beach didn’t sweep the beach at night to remove all the sea weed.

Friend Vacay

Our week at Navarre was perfect with our friends and their children. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication with the owner was top notch. Had a small issue with dishwasher and problem was addressed right away. We come to Navarre every summer and this was our first time staying at Navarre Towers. The pool and grilling area was nice and we used both each night. Easy access to beach. I’d highly recommend this condo and Navarre Towers!

A GREAT get-away for sure !!!

Right from the " Get-Go " , Steve was awesome to work with. The condo was just as listed.... clean, very comfy with a breath taking view of the Gulf. Kitchen had everything we needed. We found the king bed to be very comfy. Bathrooms were very nice... one for each of us worked out terrific. The elevators worked out well. Beach access was very close . Of course the white sands were so soft and pretty ! Would stay here again . Thanks Steve for a great relaxing time away from home. Jean & Ron

Great time

We love Navarre and come twice a year every year! This condo was great and located on the not so busy part of the beach. The balcony doors were hard to open and close. Seems like they need to be greased or realigned. The dryer handle was broken so that was a minor inconvenience but it was SO easy to get in touch with the renters. They brought us a pair of pliers the same day. I would highly recommend staying here!

Restful Peaceful Getaway Perfection

Navarre Towers and this unit 703, was the perfect place for a restful, peaceful getaway after a wonderful Christmas with our family. We took many walks on the beach which wasn’t crowded. The water was still warm enough to swim and the beach pristine. Just a short walk down the beach is the pier which is a great spot. I like that Navarre Towers is built so that we could see the sunrise from the balcony which is always a great way to start the day. The owner provides all one needs to enjoy a stress free stay. They answered our call quickly and made sure we were comfortable. We will be back! Hopefully, we have started a new tradition of an after Christmas retreat. This is the perfect condo for that. Thank you, Mr. Adams!

Best Trip Ever

Best Vacation Condo!

The condo is perfect for a family of four. The view is amazing. We really enjoyed the very comfortable beds! The pool is awesome. It is deep and actually refreshing, instead of warm like most pools in Florida.
