We had an exceptional stay in Steaven Robbins’ apartment at Beach Colony Resort on Navarre Beach. We truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The apartment was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The space was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.One of the standout features was the location—being at the resort made it feel like a true getaway, with easy access to the surrounding area and stunning views.Overall, our experience was fantastic. The apartment, the comfort, and the resort experience exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and peaceful stay.

Great communication with host. Directions were easy to follow and the property is beautiful. Location is perfect; walking distance to restaurants, pier and store. Our second stay with this host and we plan to return!

Steaven is a great host and very responsive to any needs. The king size bed was firm and comfortable. We will rent here, again.

It was a nice condo but the 2nd bedroom is a full size bed not a queen as listed the cookware needs updated and they didnt have enough towels we had to wash every day but other than that it was ok.

I'm sorry your visit didn't meet your expectations. Let me address the items you cited. 1. The 2nd bed is absolutely a Queen. I bought the mattress myself, and all the sheets in the condo are either queen or king. The manufacturer's labels in the sheet corners states such. 2. All my cookware is currently in either new or like-new condition. Some commonly used pieces such as the 9" skillets show the most use. 3. There are lots of linens stored in the condo. If I'd been notified this was an issue, I would have gladly told you how to access them. Regrettable since we had a phone conversation during your stay and towels were not mentioned. I will add a note in the property description to contact me if more towels are needed. A comment about VRBO policy. The review had errors in it, but VRBO would not change the review or question the guest about it. In reading the review, I ask to please consider my track record and the near-perfect reviews (over 100). Also the other reviews are glowing, and never any comments such as this. This 6/10 review strikes me as arbitrary and overdone.

Steve was great at communicating and providing the details on this property. We loved the view and how easy it was to get to the beach. It was great that chairs and a beach umbrella were included in this rental.

Cant wait to book again!

This property was fantastic. Spacious condo, comfortable furniture, amazing views all here. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were a huge plus! Didnt use the pool but it looked like it would be a nice break from the beach and good for kids. Really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back.

Relaxing!

We have stayed at several Navarre Beach properties and we really liked this unit! The view from the balcony is wonderful; the property is well decorated to ensure your comfort inside and out. Hope to stay here again.

Great trip

The condo was great, comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. We had a great trip and will book this condo again in the future. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly to my questions.

Navarre Beach FL

We had a fantastic visit and accommodations were as advertised. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We all agreed that the combination of beach, pool and condo made for a great experience.

Another great Navarre Week

Our family enjoyed another great week in Navarre. The condo was just the right size for our family and provided us with all the essentials we needed to feel at home. Check in/out was a breeze. Communication with owner was wonderful and easy. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

Beautiful, & Relaxing, & Peaceful

Property is very nice, you can see both the bay, & the ocean, views are non obstructed, from the huge balcony with very nice seating. Our family cooked & ate breakfast on it, the owner is very nice, & will answer any questions or concerns very quickly, we would love to return & enjoyed our stay.
