****Please note: Exterior Breezeway & Balcony Concrete Repairs & Waterproofing Project is scheduled for October 2026 through March 2027, weather permitting. We will block our calendar when the exterior walkway and balcony are off limits. All other periods of time are available to rent however; work will be ongoing throughout the entire building and may be noisy at times. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October 2026 – March of 2027, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ****

This 3rd floor unit is decorated beautifully and will accommodate your family of 8 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 King in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, & 2 extra long Twins in bedroom 4. All mattresses were replaced early 2023!!!

This spacious, oceanfront corner unit offers new flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 flat screen cable televisions, 1 DVD, the master bath has a shower and separate jacuzzi tub, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The property amenities offer a outdoor oceanfront pool, a street side pool (heated in April and October), large sundeck, nice grill facilities, outside showers, elevators, overflow parking and free Wi-fi.

Beach Club II is located in the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is close to Shopping, Restaurants, Shows and Fun-filled Activities for the family!

This property is amazing! It’s the cleanest property we have stayed in on all of our trips to the beach. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The beach area is awesome. One thing I would recommend to the property owner is replacing mattresses. The main master mattress felt like an air mattress with holes. It was not a great week of sleep. I had to roll uphill to get out of bed. That being said- we will absolutely stay here again as it has everything you could possibly need. And lots of space!

Fantastic condo directly on the beach! Everything was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was super simple and exactly what we needed for a relaxing week on the beach!

Very happy with this place. We booked this for a quick birthday weekend get away. Location is very convenient to all locations we wanted to visit. Will be happy to book again

The condo was wonderful. Perfect view. Very spacious. It was very clean with nice, newer furniture. There were clear directions for using the TV and remotes. The location is also perfect for doing activities to the north or south end of the beach.

The unit itself was super clean. The common areas (elevators/hallways) always seemed to have a lot of water on the ground - I realize we were at the beach, but it could have been a slipping hazard.

Beauty at the beach

Beautiful unit. Loved the newer beach theme decor. Very comfortable. Nice quieter location and equal distance north to Orchard Grove and the pier or south to Myrtle.

Memories in the Making

Beautiful condo. Clean. Enjoyed the view and porch furniture. Comfy beds. Kitchen stocked. Might suggest a coffee pot that uses pods!!

A few issues

The other bedrooms except for the master bedroom need darkening curtains. We had a leak with master bedrooms bath tub. The leak was where the faucet connects to the tub. I called and left 2 messages but no one came to fix it. I left a note and took pictures. Also needs a bigger pool. All in all it is a very nice condo.

Reviewer Comments: We first ended up at the WRONG condo with our Keys WORKING that door only to find out we had to move that it was the wrong condo and doors were left unlocked. When Building Manager came down we went to the Condo where she said we were supposed to be and NONE of our keys worked there. We spent over 2 hours trying to get into our condo. They kinda laughed it off but, we were exhausted and needed in our room. Especially with 2 small children and after traveling 9 hours.

Won’t be back

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I only booked this room because the room I had booked prior to this one was having work done and the balconies weren’t able to be used. I had to pay an extra $500 from what I already paid, just to book this room.The condo was nice. Basic necessities were provided, but nothing beyond that. Washer and dryer came in handy with keeping towels clean. From what I can tell the building we were in was mainly “residents” and it was made particularly clear by the family who camped out at the beach in front of the building. They made sure they were out at 6am to set up and kept their stuff there until the evening time. When asked if they could maybe shift their set up to allow for room for our chairs they informed us they “owned the beach” where they were set up. We have never had trouble with renting umbrellas and chairs but it was a constant battle just to get what we rented set up each day. I don’t believe we will ever stay at this location or anywhere near it. The beach was extremely crowded, more so than we’ve ever seen in Myrtle beach or south Myrtle beach.

2024 Summer Vacation, Myrtle Beach

Washer has an Err a lot which causes your load to start over.2. Hallways of building is horribly dirty. Big turn off for me.3. Cement block of handicap parking space came a loose and was stuck under my car causing damage to the front end of my car.

Relaxing stay

Great location, less-crowded beach than we are used to. Quick elevators, friendly tenants, attentive property manager. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, could use a deep clean (not horribly dirty but just some touch up under beds, closets, drains) but overall a great rental. Would rent again.
