Great place to get away at!

We had 5 nights at this place, and it was amazing! Super clean, spacious, and right on the beach! The parking couldn't have been any closer to the elevator which made carrying our luggage up to the room a breeze. Definitely recommend a stay at this oasis at the beach!

The ocean views were spectacular! The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful oceanfront view

The condo was exactly as described! The unit was very clean when we arrived. The 10th floor ocean views were great as well! Check in process was pretty simple and the communication was great. We visit quite often and this was our first time at this property. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Condo was sparkling clean! Furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Felt like home right away! The view was spectacular! Access to beach and amenities were very convenient!

Perfect!

The property is even more beautiful in person, and you cannot beat the view of the ocean from the living area or bedroom. My husband and I liked it so much that we have already booked another visit for next month, and we plan to bring my mother-in-law sometime in the fall.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our time there. It was right on the beach and the pool and lazy River were fun and nice if you didn’t want to deal with the sand.

Beautiful Beach View

We had a wonderful time during our daughters senior spring break. Lot's to do in the area and the sunrises/sunsets are just outstanding. We were there in late March so a cold streak had come thru but still beautiful and the sounds of the waves are so relaxing. I would definately bring cleaning supplies and extra items like TP, papertowel & handsoap. But if you need to get these items during your stay the IGA just south of condo has everything and more.

Great balcony, beautiful views

Excellent location. Building in good repair. Balcony furniture is excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement, especially tubs and showers. Old fashioned key that you must drive to the office to retrieve and return. Access needs updating.

Wonderful 2 week stay....

Enjoyed the whole experience. One neighbor came over to ensure everything was alright -- when I was packing the night prior to leaving. Very nice. Only issue is I like to cook, so took many things with me. I did buy a few things that were lacking e.g. larger pot for boiling spaghetti & making soup & chili, hand held can opener & Potato / Carrot Peeler need to be better. Wonderful view and loved the parking location. Definitely would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was well maintained, in a good location and NMB Realty was very responsive to any issues during our two month stay. One recommendation would be to replace to main bedroom mattress...it’s pretty hard.

Great Condo for Family

Totally happy with our stay at the condo. Very clean, plenty of space and a great back deck with a full 180 degree view of the ocean. Go out the front door and you have the most beautiful sunset views. The only issue we had was the odor coming from the washer machine. Hopefully they can fix that easily. But I would highly recommend this condo for anyone!

Nice quiet place

Good place to stay. Great clean beach as well as room. Very small pool(s). Had the opertunity to meet a gentleman who was on site manager. Good person to deal with. Very pleasant. 1 note, no direction to trash disposal. Note on frig asks you to put in compactor, but no indication of where compactor is. It should be noted this property is 40 minutes from shopping and most entertainment.

Comfortable, beautiful view. Kitchen needs more utensils and glasses. I bought 3 wine glasses because there was only one in the cupboards, with 7 giant beer mugs. Dirty under the furniture and in bathrooms. New linens are needed, towels are only fair. Dryer was very hard to use, and no instructions for the TV and DVD. Upgrade keyed entry to key pad. Balcony furniture was excellent.

Fall Trip with Family

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this place was nice. Two complaints though - pillows were horrible and place was not clean. Pillows were ridiculously tiny and flat. So much so that my husband and I bought 2 for our bed and accidentally left them there. Also when we got to the condo my 2 yo granddaughter pulled off her shoes and in less than 5 minutes her feet were brown. I immediately swept and mopped the floor in living room and kitchen and they were filthy. I would definitely suggest the cleaning service be changed. Also there was dust on all the lamp shades so it has been months since they were wiped down. Several damaged spots on walls and broken light bulb over dining table.

Not the best we’ve rented

Nice building on the beach with small indoor pool, outdoor pool and lazy river. Check in process was long (Saturday). Why not have keyless entry like our daughter &family had in unit next door? Kitchen was lacking. Ex: all Teflon pans scratched up, three manual can openers and none worked. Dull knives. One set of kitchen cloth/towels. No ceiling fans in front bedrooms. Washer/dryer were temperamental, flooring trim pieces off or loose causing tripping issues. No extra sheets. Our family had two other units and this one wasn’t nearly as nice as the others. Beds and couches were comfortable. View is beautiful and beach so close. Another drawback - no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, unlike other units we’ve rented in the area. We reached out to mgt company several times regarding questions and issues and response times were very slow, if at all. While we enjoyed our stay, we did not feel the value was up to par with other units.
