Amazing!

We absolutely loved the location and the unit itself. Beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms had both been remodeled and were beautiful. The only bummer was that the washer/dryer had not been reinstalled.yet. We hope to come back!

Review of 503 Spinnaker

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but was in need of some maintenance & more thorough cleaning in some areas. Kitchen was well stocked, but the refrigerator made loud humming noises some during the week we were there. Also noted that the sliding glass door onto the balcony from the master bedroom was not plumb so there was a 1/4” gap down near the bottom where the door jam & door are supposed to meet. Also discovered on the 3rd day that the regular door knob on the entrance even when locked could be pushed open from the outside so had to make sure the deadbolt was locked at all times! That’s a huge safety feature that needs to be addressed ASAP!!! Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Great stay on the Beach

This Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Ocean. The tub in the Master Bath didnt drain well and the washer water line was loud when it was filling. Other than that, this condo was great to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone with a family of four or less.

Great location

Great location for relaxing and convenient to whatever else you would like to do during the stay. Walking distance to many eateries. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach and ocean of course. Nice area of North Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful condo- great location

The condo is updated and beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable and very inviting. North Beach Reality was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Love the balcony.

Great location

Overall, this is a great place. It was clean, had just about everything you needed in the kitchen, great access to the beach and quiet. As others have said in reviews, there are a few small things that need some attention but didn’t interfere with our stay.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Spinnaker building is in a centralized location in NMB and close to everything. It's a smaller building, so its beach was not too crowded, even during mid-summer. The furnishings and decor of the living room and bedrooms was superb. It was obviously recently updated, and I hope the owners will continue that updating to the bathrooms, which were showing some wear. The kitchen was ok but had a real hodge-podge of equipment/utensils. There were no cake pans or baking dishes. I had to bake a casserole in a pyrex bowl. There were some plumbing issues, and the washing machine leaked water on the floor. The dryer was even worse, venting directly into the bathroom blowing hot air and lint everywhere. The general cleanliness of the unit was fine, but it could use a deep cleaning, probably like most vacation units in the summer which have been renting continuously for weeks. These issues didn't greatly affect the quality of our stay, so we reported them to the rental company, asking them to wait until we left to fix them. Hopefully they'll address these issues before the next renters come in. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, especially if the bathrooms get updated.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, easy beach access and close to restaurants/shopping. Downside sliding door in living room is extremely hard to open/close, shower knob in the main bathroom is very sensitive and very poor housekeeping. I had to spend the first few hour of my stay cleaning from someone else who stayed before us. Dirty shower, bar of soap with mold under in the shower, mold in the toilet,dirty dish cups,candy wrappers in the night stand drawer and pieces of toilet paper in the hallway. All which I sent pictures as well to property management and was told I would get a partial refund… when they said partial they meant “partial” ($100) very disappointed with this experience and hopefully the owner finds proper cleaning and a new property management company since the unit itself is quite nice.

Great vacation

Condo was nice and quiet. We liked the more family friendly vibe. The balcony door from the living room was hard to slide and the faucet in the master bath didn’t work properly. But besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Love the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo as the location was great and the ocean view was amazing! The condo was right on the beach with easy access. The condo itself was nice but the master bedroom bathtub faucet was very finicky making it difficult to get a comfortable water temperature when taking a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was average, could be better.

Great vacation

It was a great place to stay, there was a few things that could be repaired. The dish washer leaked and the showers were hard to regulate. But overall it was great!!

Perfect experience in every way

From the easy check in to the homey feeling of the condo, our condo was perfect for my husband and myself. The home was spotless with ample parking and amenities.
