Needs work

The location was great! The condo needs work. The deck slopes down in the left corner. The screen door needs repair. The ice maker didn’t work. The vents were dirty. Cracks in the ceiling in the master bathroom and the tub slopes and creeks. Wouldn’t stay here again especially being on the 3rd floor and elevator.

Great Value

Clean. Comfortable. Great location on the beach. Beach chairs and 1 umbrella provided. Bring beach towels. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Plenty of dishware/pots/pans but need to bring everything else (salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, aluminum foil, plastic bags and wrap, dishwashing liquid, etc). No hairdryer, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, small bar of soap for sinks. Could use some updating/general maintenance but overall an excellent value.

Girls Trip

We loved everything about the stay the location was great, the view was gorgeous. The one thing we didn't like was being on the 3 floor, we did not realize that, we are all over sixty some have bad hips and had a hard time climbing up the stairs. No other negative things.

Summer get away.

Beautiful views right on the beach. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and family activities. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We arrived and the screen was hanging out of the screen door on entry way . The front door needed painted , Carpet was dirty and a lot of updates need done . Ceilings need to be fixed cracks in all the rooms looks from water damage. Furniture (couple of chairs)were really gross . They need to be thrown out so dirty. The weather was awesome and had a good stay other than that unit needs some work done.

Wonder getaway; great location

Our party of 4 active seniors enjoyed your property, walks on the beach, close to Food Lion and local casual restaurants like the Mediteranean Grille. We tried the pool ... still a bit chilly in April ... clean and refreshing. Overall, clean and plenty of room to hang out and talk. Great view from balcony. Kitchen fairly well equipped. A few initial challenges with the WIFI and Roku TV. Great location.

Spacious

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo! Decorated nicely and pretty clean. I would probably stay here again. Only drawback was the pool. Was small and could use some cleaning. All the Blinds were quite delicate and needed to be replaced I’d recommend. All in all a lovely stay .

Was a perfect location and a perfect condo for our needs. Too bad someone dropped the ball and didn’t report the repairs needing to be done, causing a big inconvenience to us!

Wonderful Condo

We had an amazing experience with the property. So close to the ocean. Great quiet neighborhood. Beach never felt over-crowded and we were there on Labor Day weekend. We will definitely be back to this condo next year.

Amazing beach relaxing place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful vacation. Didn’t expect it so close to the beach till we reached there. The place was neat and had all the things we needed for the whole week stay. Will come back and recommend to friends. Loved the patriotism sign that shows America is still not lost

First I wanna say the views and beach access were amazing.

The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The views were amazing and we loved how close the beach was we were close to everything. The condo could use some updating it seems a bit outdated for what we paid. But overall we had an amazing time and enjoyed our week in this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the unit. Great views of the ocean including some spectacular sunrises. This was our second straight year in the unit and it is nice. The only downside is that there is no elevator and 3 flights of stairs can get to you when bringing up groceries, etc. I am 71 and my wife is 66. We would probably go to another unit someplace next year to avoid the 3 flights of stairs. The only other issue is that 2 or 3 times we had food thrown on the windshield of our vehicle. One time it was oranges and was quite messy. I am 95% sure that the food was thrown from the parking garage of the Wyndham Resort next door. If it had continued I was going to go have a talk with management there. I also noticed that we are not the only ones who have had this issue. Upon checking the guest book in Unit A-3 we discovered that guests staying in that unit during November of 2020 had had the same problem.
