This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, direct oceanfront condo is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This unit can accommodate 10 comfortably with 1 king, 2 Queens & 2 Fulls (all new mattresses and living room furniture installed October 2020!).

We absolutely loved this property and had a wonderful week with family and friends.The living room furniture and layout are great. Very comfortable and conducive to hanging out and spending time together. Spacious dining table with room for our whole group! Washer and dryer was great! All the kitchen amenities were good. The beds were comfortable. The guest bathrooms were a little older and showing some age but who cares. It was clean and got the job done!We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. (The lazy river tubes were a bit small for us big old people). Beach access was excellent. We all thought that the property was perfectly situated close to Myrtle Beach activities (Barefoot Landing and restaurants)This was our first time at this condo and at in the Windy Hills area but we think this will be our new favorite spot in NMB. North Beach Realty was great to work with. Check in and out was easy. We got in town a little early and the condo was ready and it was great to be granted access to rest after our long drive. Overall one of the best condos we've stayed at in NMB.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay!! Have always had great customer service from North Beach Realty and its predecessor Beachcomber Realty!! My only complaint this time was when we got to our room, two ladies were there to inspect the cleaning!! They were very professional, and were not happy with how the room was cleaned! They apologized and finished cleaning the room! They explained they have had problems with their cleaning crew!! Other than this, everything else was wonderful!!

Gnat / Fruit Fly Infestation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was ok. Definitely needed some deep cleaning. There was hair all over the carpets and floors. The primary bathroom smelt like mildew/mold. My husband ended up getting sick from taking a shower in thr primary bathroom. And let's not forget the fruit fly infestation. They were EVERYWHERE, we bought traps and spray hoping to get rid of them but it didn't work. We called maintenance and they brought another Zevo trap that didn't work also. Please do not stay at this unit I cam assure that you will have the same problem due to the outside door being right above the trash compactor. We did get a credit/reimbursement for the items we had to purchase, but it wasn't worth the aggravation we had to endure for 5 days.

Wonderful NMB Vacation!

We stayed one week at an oceanfront condo on NMB. The property was perfectly located on the beach, within walking distance of several shops, a few restaurants, adequate parking garage, showers on the beach, nice pool, lazy river and friendly staff. The condo had a commercial washer, which was very convenient. We had 6 adults in our group and one child. Our condo was on the 1st floor. We rarely heard noise from the pool or lazy river. It would have been handy to have digital access entry, but we coordinated our comings and goings so it was not that much of an inconvenience. The condo was nicely decorated and was very welcoming. We all hated our vacation came to an end! I would highly recommend this property!

Quick Trip!

We made last minute plans to go to Myrtle Beach for Memorial Day weekend. Condo was in a great spot with easy access to shops, restaurants & activities. The kids LOVED the lazy river!! It was a hit! Was really nice being ocean front and not having to go far to have your toes in the sand!

Wonderful location, with beautiful view of the beach🌊

The house was beautiful, with a beautiful view of the beach 🏖️ There was plenty of room for our family, house had everything we needed. The only down side was that there were ants on the kitchen counters . It was really annoying. Also when we checked in there was a used toothpick sitting on the shelf in the dining room are. But overall the house was great. We made wonderful memories.

We like the property as the pool and beach are right there. The condo is a great size for all of us, has all the amenities and more. Each year I mention the cleanliness and it still could use a good deep cleaning. The baseboards, inside the master shower, the I utility closet door, grout around the master toilet.

The condo is in a great location close to shopping and other activities. It has a well appointed kitchen if you like to cook while on vacation. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings sipping on coffee. The staff/volunteers were helpful out by the pool. The only issue we had was not having guest Wi-if. The rental company did their due diligence to try and assist and the lack thereof lies with the owner.

Last birthday of a dear friend

My husband and I and another dear friend of Cheryl took her to the ocean - one of her final wishes. She was able to see and hear the ocean and share wonderful memories. We ordered dinners out from door dash The condo Master bedroom was perfectly situated for my friend and the balconies perfect for fresh air and sun. Cheryl passed away less than a week after we left.. My heart is full knowing she got one of her last wishes. Not even sure I remember any negatives except for drawer pulls and Bathroom door locking.. It was magical

Pleasant stay

Our family had a pleasant stay here for a few days. The location was perfect and the older pool lady was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Our issue was a noisy upstairs neighbor made sleeping hard and I made 3 complaints before it stopped. It should have been handled after one complaint.

I get they check for pool bands but I cannot imagine there is a huge influx up folks trying to randomly come use the pool for the amount of attitude and quizzing that happens) and beach from the place and the general location!!The place was still filthyCrumbs in chairs, mold in the master shower, intake closet had dust build up on the outside, a deep detailed clean needs to happen

We all enjoyed this spacious well equiped comfortable condo with plenty of room for everyone. The pool area and beach access/shower section are very well done. The location is great for all our favorite places restaurants and things to do in North Myrtle Beach. The only disapointment this time was you can no longer see the beach from the unit balcony due to the dune build up - just the ocean. We do hope to return next year. Thank you!
