Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic ocean views! With over 2,000 square feet (including two lanai's) this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is one of the nicest and largest condos on Maui! In a Hotel-zoned resort, it has the benefit of 24-hour front desk check in and peace of mind of booking accommodations zoned hotel! Includes A/C system, kitchen and bathrooms with granite and quartz counters and custom cabinets, custom furniture, custom-made large sectional sofa with two queen sofa sleepers with thick bamboo mattresses, etc. You can almost touch the sand from this incredible beachfront location with some of the best views on all of Maui! Large Master Bedroom opens up for expansive views and closes for additional privacy with solid wood sliding door on tracks! In 3rd bedroom, give us advance notice and a conversion kit can turn the 2 twin beds into a king bed if you prefer. Accommodates up to 10 guests (approval required for more than 6). Special accommodations for up to 12 can be arranged if confirmed in advance. Located in the resort’s north building closest to the beach! Elevator in building! (Or take the stairs for exercise!) Right in front of you is an incredible sandy swimming beach, with small ocean waves, and at the south end of the beach there are rocky areas great for snorkeling with sea turtles frequently spotted! Ocean and island views from your lanai, see whales during season and surfers from the popular surfing beach just 1 block south! The resort has 16 Gas BBQ's, 2 heated swimming pools and 2 heated jacuzzi's, complete restaurant with full bar, lounge chairs, stand up paddle board and kayak rentals, three tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball hoop, putting green, two fitness centers, 24 hour front desk, 24 hour security patrol, covered and uncovered parking, large koi ponds, onsite concierge services, 5 restaurants within one block of the condo too! Best place I’ve ever stayed on Maui! The pics on the ad don’t do it justice. Full ocean view from the patio, primary bedroom and the living room! Very spacious, fully stocked - there was a closet with everything you could possibly need/want to hang out my the ocean! Chairs, towels, snorkel gear etc. The restaurant on the property was great and there were a couple more options within walking distance. Super close to Napili Bay. It was a great place to stay for our group!

We had a fabulous time! Beautiful views that you might only be seen once in a lifetime. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. We had three 17year old boys with us! Everyone found something to do on the property and we were literally steps away from the beach. Easy and quick communication with the host with no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place, would stay again!

The pictures just don’t do it justice, the space is huge and the view is incredible. There are multiple gas grills we were able to make some wonderful meals! Our family would highly recommend. They really have thought of everything.

Great location, comfortable for families

Fabulously spacious condo. Saw whales from balcony. Sadly renovating the only restaurant on property so out of use. On site BBQ's cleaned daily. The description of unit perhaps needs updating as not as brand new as described.

Beautiful co do on the beach!

We loved our stay here! This condo is right on the beach and in a great location, five to ten minutes from many great restaurants and activities. The condo is very open and was perfect for our family of six adults. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Spring Break

Our family had a wonderful week in the condo. The location is right on the beach and we saw whales daily as well as beautiful sunsets. The condo was lovely and a good space for our family. We were a little nervous about the many rules/procedures in the condo but we managed to follow them and everything was great!

Paradise for multi-generational/multiple family stay!

6 day stay including check in & check out days. Reserving stay was quick and easy. Quick response to questions at time of booking. Great communication and quick to offer any assistance before and during our stay. View of the ocean is AMAZING! Location is great and great eats close by. No regrets, a great time for all members of the family (from grandparents to kids). Also so convenient to cook our own meals when we wanted to. Great supply of beach gear also to pick from! Memories made in paradise!

Family getaway

pictures do tell the story. 7 adults my main concern was a real bed for everyone not a pullout or sleep sofa. Condo had capacity to sleep 8 on real beds so we all slept well. Location very convenient for various site seeing spots. If you wish to stay at condo beach, pool, tavern/restaurant, and amenities allow that, still need to go grocery shopping. The big sandy beach is 4 miles away by the major hotels, which is worth spending some time at.

Time to relax and refresh

We all wanted to just relax and refresh on the beach, on the patio and around the island. Our 8 days were wonderful... just what we wanted. All three generations had a great time. Grandparents enjoyed the view from the unit and the easy walk to the beach. Parents and kids (in their 20's) loved knowing that they could adventure and enjoy while our seniors were safe and content. We will definitely be back!! P.S. lots of turtles!!

Great stay!

We had a great time here the property was beautifully taken care of. We had an issue with the shower in the guest room that was not shutting off. We called Charles our on site contact at 8 pm & he came right away to fix it! Things happen when on vacation & it’s great to know they’re willing to do everything possible to maximize your stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody looking for that beach front view. We were able to see sea turtles from the balcony & that was amazing!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed this property/location. We had wonderful ocean views with a nice calm beach area. The property was just as it had been pictured. We had everything needed from the full kitchen, washer/dryer & a beautiful relaxing view. David was very accommodating with great suggestions on our adventures. Our travels included-Sunrise on Haleakala (very special day with our daughter getting engaged), Nakalele Blowhole, zip lining, snorkeling at Mololkini crater & several beaches. It was so nice coming back to David's condo. Always had a covered parking spot, a beautiful sunset on the lanai & comfy beds to end a perfect day. Thank you David - we shall return!

Great Views and Location!

Our party of 10 here loved it! It was large enough for all of us. We enjoyed seeing whales on the lanai and out the large windows every morning and evening. We didn’t cook, but utilized the beach closet, pool, the bar/restaurant and beach for snorkeling and an evening turtle sighting. We were centrally located for visiting all parts of the island. Minor issues: sometimes not enough hot water for showering, and we booked so far out with a listed fully cancellation date up to 2 months before the trip, but when booked the owner stated fully refundable for 30 days only. We took the chance, but docked a star for online accuracy.

Spacious property, beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay from March 2 - March 10. The condo has three spacious bedrooms, and plenty of space for our family of 6. We loved being able to use the beach supplies in the closet (beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc.), and loved the property which is located steps from the beach. The restaurant at the property was great as well - good food and great service! The ocean views from the condo are amazing! I can't say enough about them. We loved hearing the waves / ocean at night - even with the windows closed! You can also see whales (in season) just by relaxing on the lanai. The location is very close to anything in West Maui. 5 min drive from Napili Bay - very nice beach, and 5-7 min drive from Ka'anapali area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating, as was the owner. It was a wonderful stay, and would love to go back!

Amazing Place..Amazing Trip

This property was better than we could have imagined. The pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to the view from the living room was the highlight of our trip. We had a total of 6 people for the duration of our trip and the condo had everything and more. The beach closet had chairs, floats, snorkeling, coolers and much more. The condo was clean, quiet, perfectly located off the elevator or stairs and our balcony overlooked the pool, beach and grills. The on-site beach restaurant and bar was also a huge plus. Lahaina is the perfect location with a short drive to pretty much anything. We ordered pizza at Dollies across the street and loved it. Their was also a gas station and liquor store within 1 minute. Overall, then trip was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui.

Spacious unit with great views!

This unit was exactly how described and had so much room for all 10 of us! The kitchen had enough room for 2 or 3 of us to cook together. The beds were comfy with super soft sheets. The location of this condo was so convenient, just steps to the stairs or elevator. We were surprised how much more we liked the view being only on the third floor. You could watch kids at the beach and communicate with the guys at the bbq grill. The complex has the best little kiddo pool which our grand daughters loved. There is also a beach bar/restaurant that had a great happy hour. The beach was awesome and the whales were so entertaining. We even had a Hawaii Monk Seal come on shore for the day! I would highly recommend this condo for family or friends!

Family vacation Maui-aholics

We have been coming to Maui since 1995. It was such a ball to bring my new husband for the 2nd time, his daughter (20), my parents (in their 70’s), and my kids (18,18,21). We loved the view off the lanai, and spent a ton of time on the beach. Oh!!! And the beach!!!! We snorkeled right off the beach and saw loads of beautiful fish and the biggest turtles!!!!! The condo was so spacious that we never felt on top of each other and could cook with several in the kitchen! We loved all the pool/ocean toys too!! We added two beach chairs to your collection 😁. We will definitely come back again as this was the most perfect fit for our family out of all the condos we have stayed at!!

Perfect Maui condo!

Absolutely perfect condo for our family trip to Maui. 3 bedrooms! Nobody had to sleep on the couch which was a real plus for us. The AC plus the fans (or opening the huge sliding doors) kept us just right on those hot days. Easy access to the big pool, kid pool, Beach Grill Cafe, BBQs, and the beach+ocean. The toys closet had everything! Sunscreen, aloe, floaties, kickboard, body boards, tennis rackets, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more!!! We loved having spices in the pantry so the single time we made garlic bread we didn’t have to buy entire bottle of garlic salt. The beds were very comfortable (and we are picky), the dining room and kitchen were great. We loved having laundry in the unit and ran a load every day so that we only took minimal clothing with us. We love the Sands of Kahana and unit 327 made our trip super easy. Seriously, I’m very short and they even had a step stool so I used that to each the upper cabinets. They’ve thought of everything- perfect!!

Lovely stay in a beautiful oceanfront condo

This condo is recently renovated, with comfortable furniture, updated kitchen, and a big screen TV in the living room my dad really appreciated (for watching football playoffs). The pictures shown for the condo and the views are very accurate, we loved the ocean views. The owners supply plenty of towels and beach equipment. We had only a few minor issues with the condo itself. There was only a 5-cup coffee maker supplied for the large 3 bedroom condo. We had to go out and buy a larger coffee maker the second morning because 5 cup coffee makers are only useful in hotel rooms. Hopefully the owners keep the one we left them for the next guests. Also, there are no trash cans in the bedrooms, which is inconvenient as it forced us to go to the kitchen or the bathrooms to throw out tissues, etc. One other issue a couple of us had was that some of the A/C vents made a high pitched noise while running, but not sure if it just needed WD40 or if it was just how that A/C runs normally. A few downsides to the location: the condo is right next to the onsite restaurant, and since the condo is on the second floor, we would sometimes hear noise from the restaurant and the smell of food would come into the condo. Unfortunately we also sometimes got cigar/cigarette smell coming in the open windows and we saw restaurant staff outside the back of the restaurant smoking. Not the fault of the condo owners, but wanted to mention it as some might have issues with odors and smoke.
