Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic ocean views! With over 2,000 square feet (including two lanai's) this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is one of the nicest and largest condos on Maui! In a Hotel-zoned resort, it has the benefit of 24-hour front desk check in and peace of mind of booking accommodations zoned hotel! Includes A/C system, kitchen and bathrooms with granite and quartz counters and custom cabinets, custom furniture, custom-made large sectional sofa with two queen sofa sleepers with thick bamboo mattresses, etc. You can almost touch the sand from this incredible beachfront location with some of the best views on all of Maui! Large Master Bedroom opens up for expansive views and closes for additional privacy with solid wood sliding door on tracks! In 3rd bedroom, give us advance notice and a conversion kit can turn the 2 twin beds into a king bed if you prefer. Accommodates up to 12 guests (approval required for more than 6). Located in the resort’s north building closest to the beach! Elevator in building! (Or take the stairs for exercise!) Right in front of you is an incredible sandy swimming beach, with small ocean waves, and at the south end of the beach there are rocky areas great for snorkeling with sea turtles frequently spotted! Ocean and island views from your lanai, see whales during season and surfers from the popular surfing beach just 1 block south! The resort has 16 Gas BBQ's, 2 heated swimming pools and 2 heated jacuzzi's, complete restaurant with full bar, lounge chairs, stand up paddle board and kayak rentals, three tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball hoop, putting green, two fitness centers, 24 hour front desk, 24 hour security patrol, covered and uncovered parking, large koi ponds, onsite concierge services, 5 restaurants within one block of the condo too! Dozens of local restaurants, including the Beach House Bar & Grill at our resort, and the iconic Duke’s Beachouse, Hula Grill, the Sea House, the Fish Market and many more!

The place was very nice. Right on the beach. Saw whales the morning we got there and the day we left

Wonderful place, would stay again!

The pictures just don’t do it justice, the space is huge and the view is incredible. There are multiple gas grills we were able to make some wonderful meals! Our family would highly recommend. They really have thought of everything.

Beautiful view

Beautiful views, well supplied kitchen, good cross breeze so we could enjoy fresh air and not air conditioning. Noise from restaurant can be excessive at times, but stops at 9pm. Pool was enjoyable and great ocean access.

Great location, comfortable for families

Fabulously spacious condo. Saw whales from balcony. Sadly renovating the only restaurant on property so out of use. On site BBQ's cleaned daily. The description of unit perhaps needs updating as not as brand new as described.

Stunning spot

The condo was wonderful. Great view, quiet, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (the sleeper couch is the best that I've ever slept on). Convenient location. The only thing is that the airconditiiners in the bedrooms turned on and off with a buzzing/mumming noise every few minutes. Needed the sound of the ocean to counter that....

Better with minor changes

The view of the property was very good. We had issues with the sliding screen door as the one in master kept falling off the track. Difficult to keep the bugs out when we can’t keep the door in place. There were not a lot of bugs, but were asked by host to be aware. A/C cleaning took over 4 hours of time during one of our days. Not ideal. Restaurant on site now open so that was a plus.

Wonderful Spring Break

Our family had a wonderful week in the condo. The location is right on the beach and we saw whales daily as well as beautiful sunsets. The condo was lovely and a good space for our family. We were a little nervous about the many rules/procedures in the condo but we managed to follow them and everything was great!

Beautiful co do on the beach!

We loved our stay here! This condo is right on the beach and in a great location, five to ten minutes from many great restaurants and activities. The condo is very open and was perfect for our family of six adults. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful condo on the beach!

We loved the location, the view from the condo, and all the beach toys included in the closet for our use. The condo was large enough to comfortably house our family of 6 and had all the amenities we desired. The property manager was readily available for any guidance needed. We’d definitely stay here again on our next return to Maui!

Great time in Kahana

Great property. Phenomenal view. Had my elderly mother in law with us and it accommodated her very well! Property Manager was very communicative and the owner Dave was very responsive. Sands of Kahana is a great property.

Amazing Location

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Three bedrooms, two baths and a fabulous view from the balcony and the living room. It was right on the beach and there were numerous amenities available such as a restaurant and bar. I highly recommend this listing!

Everything we could have hoped for!

We loved this place and will come back. As good as the ad pictures are they don't compare to seeing it. It was very spacious and clean. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the whales and there were many. The communication with the owner and manager was great. This was a one in a lifetime vacation and we will be back! Mahalo!

Maui vacation

We loved the view from the condo! We watched whales right out the window every morning. The condo was a lot bigger than we expected. It was so nice to have some space! The beach closet was so helpful to borrow chairs and an umbrella. My kids loved the pools and how easy it was to access the beach. We took advantage of having pickleball courts, which was so fun. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

A bit of everything!

Loved this location! Rented a paddle board and went out right on front of the condo every day. Snorkeling was good here on some days, but murky on others - found plenty of places to snorkel by checking the snorkel report daily! Basically, we were able to do anything we wanted to do (surf lessons, plantation tour, boogie boarding, swimming in the pool, shopping) within walking distance or a short drive! Lots of great restaurants nearby, too. And a beautiful view when we did hang out at the condo.

Paradise for multi-generational/multiple family stay!

6 day stay including check in & check out days. Reserving stay was quick and easy. Quick response to questions at time of booking. Great communication and quick to offer any assistance before and during our stay. View of the ocean is AMAZING! Location is great and great eats close by. No regrets, a great time for all members of the family (from grandparents to kids). Also so convenient to cook our own meals when we wanted to. Great supply of beach gear also to pick from! Memories made in paradise!

Family getaway

pictures do tell the story. 7 adults my main concern was a real bed for everyone not a pullout or sleep sofa. Condo had capacity to sleep 8 on real beds so we all slept well. Location very convenient for various site seeing spots. If you wish to stay at condo beach, pool, tavern/restaurant, and amenities allow that, still need to go grocery shopping. The big sandy beach is 4 miles away by the major hotels, which is worth spending some time at.

Time to relax and refresh

We all wanted to just relax and refresh on the beach, on the patio and around the island. Our 8 days were wonderful... just what we wanted. All three generations had a great time. Grandparents enjoyed the view from the unit and the easy walk to the beach. Parents and kids (in their 20's) loved knowing that they could adventure and enjoy while our seniors were safe and content. We will definitely be back!! P.S. lots of turtles!!

Great stay!

We had a great time here the property was beautifully taken care of. We had an issue with the shower in the guest room that was not shutting off. We called Charles our on site contact at 8 pm & he came right away to fix it! Things happen when on vacation & it’s great to know they’re willing to do everything possible to maximize your stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody looking for that beach front view. We were able to see sea turtles from the balcony & that was amazing!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed this property/location. We had wonderful ocean views with a nice calm beach area. The property was just as it had been pictured. We had everything needed from the full kitchen, washer/dryer & a beautiful relaxing view. David was very accommodating with great suggestions on our adventures. Our travels included-Sunrise on Haleakala (very special day with our daughter getting engaged), Nakalele Blowhole, zip lining, snorkeling at Mololkini crater & several beaches. It was so nice coming back to David's condo. Always had a covered parking spot, a beautiful sunset on the lanai & comfy beds to end a perfect day. Thank you David - we shall return!
