- Second Bedroom has 2 Full Bed.
- Third Bedroom converted in a living room with a Sofa Bed.
- 2 Air Mattress
All our mattresses are high quality, and we use 5-star hotel standards linens, towels, and pillows.
ALWAYS INQUIRY FIRST BEFORE CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION IF YOU PLAN TO HOST A GATHERING/EVENT. THERE ARE RULES AND FEES IN PLACE.
No Smoking ($500 penalty if smoked inside home), No drugs or weapons.

I) The number of guests in your reservation must not exceed the number of guests physically in the property.

II) No moving heavy furniture around.

IIII) Please, DO NOT open windows. A/C is always on. PLEASE, do not touch any other button on the A/C thermostats only the temperature buttons to increase or decrease the temperature.

IV) NO PETS, OVERSIZED/WATER VEHICLES, PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED WITHOUT PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION OF HOST FIRST.

V) NO DRUGS. Careful, neighbors do report such activities and law enforcement may show up.

VI) Late check-out may incur in a fee. After 11:30 am, and if the house is not booked for that same day, since we won’t have time to get the house ready for the next guest, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation for that given day according to the price of the calendar.

P.S. Please, understand that other guest(s) may have already booked the house, and our team needs time to perform the turnover with excellence. This way we can keep our standards always high :-)

*Early check-in (before 4 PM):

Since check out is at 11 AM and our team needs all the time they can have to perform an impeccable turnover for the next guests, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to allow early check-in. We always put our cleaning and standards above anything else. However, we may let you drop your luggage earlier until we finish the turnover.

PLEASE, SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE, ONLY in the patio or porch with the DOOR TO THE HOUSE CLOSED. Try not to smoke too close from the porch please.

SMOKING MARIJUANA OR CONSUMING ANY OTHER DRUG IS NOT ALLOWED AT ALL IN THE PREMISES. NOT IN THE PORCH OR IN THE BACKYARD. A PENALTY FEE $1,000 WILL BE IMPOSED. We really thank you for your cooperation!
