Our home is comprised of three levels, with high ceilings and very spacious rooms, ceramic tile baths, and hardwood floors throughout. They include the main kitchen and living areas, the upper bedroom level, and the lowest level, a fully equipped space which was designed for extra privacy if desired.

The main floor of 1700SF includes high ceilings with fans, a richly appointed 20X24 fire-placed living room with triple sliders and flloor to ceiling windows. A den/office/HDTV room closed off by french doors, if desired, with reclining leather sofa and chair. Also on the main level is a huge open, fully applianced kitchen, with a 9' granite island with seating, a dining table for 10, daybed, separate laundry room with washer/dryer, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The entire main floor is wrapped by a large deck with lounge chairs and umbrella table to enjoy the sun, outdoor meals, and remarkable views and sunsets.

The upper bedroom level of 1200SF includes the large master with king bed, nightstands, sofa, and HDTV, en suite with its own full bath, walk-in shower and whirlpool. an en suite upper deck provides a private area facing the western sunsets over the gulf. Two large additional bedrooms complete the upper level, one with a queen bed and en suite 3 piece bathroom, the other with a queen bed and ocean view, both with large closets.

The property's accommodations also include a fully equipped 1700SF lower level with access to to a front patio where people gather to watch evening sunsets by a fire. This level includes a great room with sofa and chairs, HDTV, and futon. It has its own kitchen/lounge room with sink,dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and a small cook-top to prepare a bite to eat. This level also has two large bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and one with two twins. A three piece bathroom (tub/shower, sink, toilet) is conveniently located to both bedrooms. The lower level has a separate entrance with stairway access to the main floors. It allows privacy from the upper floors if desired, providing guests the ability to gather as one group or maintain privacy between living areas.

Other amenities include an outdoor (upper level patio) shower, BBQ grill, Smoker, Chiminea (lower level patio), large adjacent parking area, and large open lawn area for games and outdoor activities. It should be noted that the house is not child proofed.
