Gulf Access Waterfront Large One or Two Bedroom In Law Suite

Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge. Please read rules tab within this property listing.

Very nice relaxing atmosphere on a canal

Very clean place in a nice neighborhood. Brandy checked in every day to see if we needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Peaceful beautiful place with gorgeous sunsets!Saw a manatee on the first day.Property was clean and just was very hospitable, completely appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.Run don’t walk to stay with Brandy, you can’t go wrong here

Sweet Little Apartment

This immaculate and comfortable small apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed 6 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed the space. It has a separate keypad entrance and, although it is attached to the owner’s home, it is walled off and you’d never know they’re attached. It consists of a living/dining area, small kitchenette, a full bath with double sinks, and a bedroom with an attached private screened patio overlooking the canal, which was a fantastic place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything you would need is there, including a stacked washer/dryer. No oven, but who needs that on vacation! The owner is very responsive, and we highly recommend this rental.

Peaceful Canalside Apartment with everything you could need.

Peaceful spacious spotlessly clean well appointed accomodation . Had everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. gorgeous view from lanai onto canal . Host communication was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely return or highly recommend this accommodation for any friend or family looking for a base in the South Florida region.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fishing off the dock was our favorite part. The location of this area was perfect! 30 min from any direction life may take you. Brandy was easy to work with!

Absolutely amazing!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you may need and more. Great neighborhood and incredibly quiet. It was so tranquil to sit out in the lanai and watch the boats go by - My favorite part. If you have a chance to stay here, do not hesitate. Thank you Brandy for being such a good host!!

Super clean, super relaxing, cheerful waterfront place!

Brandy has considered all aspects of making a stay so delightful. Of course the setting is great, looking at canal activity while sipping coffee in the lovely lanai or at the small dock. The place is spotless, super clean! Washer, dryer, all appliances work easily, tho I had to learn to stream on the TV which has no regular channels and we had to wash the few dishes we used. Special features include double sink in the bathroom, great outdoor lighting that is on nightly, and a super easy lock system for the door. Brandy was available to answer any questions. House is in quiet neighborhood but only an easy couple mile drive to the centers of Cape Coral activity. A happy place to enjoy Florida sunshine!

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay. It was quiet and restful. We had a late arrival, but Brandy was there to greet us and show us all the things we needed to know. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely keep this in mind if we return. My only recommendation is that the queen sized bed be replaced with a King sized bed. Thank you.

Perfection!

Everything was perfect! If anything, the view is even more stunning in person. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. My hubby fished right off the dock every day and I enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai watching the boats and manatees swim by. So very relaxing. Brandy was so sweet and helpful with recommendations for everything local. You will love this place, I promise!

Sweet Place

We had the best time here. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was everything we needed. My husband fished from the back in the canal and caught some fish. We even saw a dolphin in the canal! It was very clean and central to everything! Brandy was very nice as well!
