This was a perfect destination and house to bring family. We stayed in the lanai with the pool and canal in our view, most of our time while at our rental. Everything we needed was there and so much to do close by. Hated leaving; loved the Villa at Agualinda!

I loved this home. It was beautiful,not over decorated, loved the plants and trees that surrounded the property. It’s literally me home but in a different place!

Fantastic stay! Perfect setup for a two-week remote work trip. Clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and wonderful pool. Easy check-in and check-out with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location . The park down the street was perfect . We loved the heated pool and enjoy the patio daily . The house was well equipped and in great working condition . The beach and restaurants near by were great . The host was easy to get in touch with and friendly .

The good is the Strong musty odor when you walk in. One review says it is urine, but we couldn't pinpoint the source. It seemed to have got better over the 2 weeks we stayed but that also was becausecwe got used to it, nose blindness.Master bath showerhead was spraying when we arrived and needed a plumber to replace along with the cartridge for the handle. Was replaced quickly and smoothly but cost us a morning we could have gone out. Glad we stayed to demonstrate the issue as only the cartridge was going to be replaced. We were excited to have kayaks on the canal. Regretably the kayaks are useless as the canal is too low to launch. A lower pier (3-4 feet below the seawall) would be needed to make the kayaks useful. Fishing the canal was limited by the fact we couldn't use the kayaks. This was a huge reason we chose this house. All the knifes are dull and rusty. Made preparing food interesting. Pans need replaced as they stick.

Lovely home ….just in need of some TLCGet rid of broken pool chairs, replace broken cooler, replace rusty steak knives, fix flashing bottom front door. Unpleasant odor (musty/dusty?) noticed when house is closed up. Furniture & beds very comfortable.

KIm, Thank you for the review and glad you enjoyed the comfy beds and furniture. The Pool chairs, cooler and steak knives have all been taken care of and we placed air fresheners throughout the home. All I needed was a text when you first noticed anything and we could've taken care of any issues within 24 hours. Again thank you for the rental and review. Have a great day!

We entered the house around ten p m and instantly smelled human urine. We brought our dogs into the house and went to sleep to our surprise A majority of the urine smell was coming from the mattress box spring, and master bedroom floor.. i left Heather and my animals there for 7 days and told her to call the property manager.. She did not feel comfortable having any one in the house unless I was there. So when I returned back to Cape coral, she called and left a message about everything that was wrong with the house. However, the owner or property manager indicated that we were the cause of the smell.And why did it take so long for us to reach out to anyone. They sent a cleaning lady over that had zero experience with cleaning up biohazard. Mind you, I own a restoration and construction company, and we do hazmat.Cleaning all the time so I knew exactly what needed to be done.However none of this was completed. All the cleaning lady did was spray.The toilets with bleach and swept the bathroom floors. She told me at some point in time that the owner would have to change the mattress. A new mattress finally showed up days later.However, it seemed to be our responsibility to unpack it and place it on the bed. Keep in mind that we also sent photos of the box springs.Having urine stains on them as well, and the floor also had urine in it.The smell never went away through our entire stay. We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean except for a bit of an odor, and had all the amenities you need. We so loved the pool and enjoyed many hours in it.

Great family vacation. Loved the pool, and being on the canal for fishing. Fantastic spot away from the hustle and bustle, but close to all amenities. The residence was well equipped.
