Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise with the relaxing sounds of the ocean from your 17th floor balcony in the North Hampton tower in Kingston Plantation.

This fresh and bright 2 bedroom (1 King 1 Queen) 2 bath unit has everything you will need to make your stay in Myrtle Beach memorable. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, TVs in each room, internet, and washer and dryer are included. All new bedding and towels. The 42-foot balcony is accessible from the living area and both bedrooms providing a tranquil spot to relax after enjoying the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer.

The North Hampton tower is steps away from the beach. It is the only building in the Plantation that has a private indoor pool and hot tub as well as access to several outdoor pools. This is a secure building with keyed entry to provide you and your family an added sense of security during your stay. It is well maintained and the quietest of the oceanfront towers with a high percentage of resident owners.

Kingston Plantation is a gated resort on 145 acres centrally located in Myrtle Beach. It offers several amenities, walking trails, rental bicycles, ocean front boardwalk, bars and restaurants. The Plantation is within a few minutes’ drive to Restaurant row, golfing, shopping and the entertainment districts.

Please note: Hilton/Embassy Suites pool, Splash Park and Fitness Center are not available to our guests.

It was the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in. The listing showed a pool for the north Hampton that we could not have access to. We was uncomfortable everynight because we could not adjust the AC. We paid $2800 to be uncomfortable . Pretty terrible all the way around.

Repeat guest- home away from home!

This is my second year staying at this condo for a convention that brings me to Myrtle Beach. It is very convenient, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked which I appreciate so I don’t have to eat out as much while I am there. Thank you for hosting me again this year and I will be back next year :-)

Great Stay - Beautiful View

The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. Very Roomy. The balcony was our favorite part, huge balcony with a great view! The are around the condo was fabulous. So much to do. The area was quiet and felt safe. We will definitely book again if we are back in this area.

Last minute but excellent stay

Condo was just as described & looked in the pictures. Resort was very nice & building felt safe & secure. We loved the oversized balcony & view. We ate dinner in a couple of nights & kitchen was stocked with all that we needed, including some surprise items like baggies, spices, & oils.The space was big & laid out nicely with the bedrooms on opposites sides of living room & sliding glass doors to balcony from each bedroom & living room. Check-in & check-out couldn’t have been any easier. Location is great as it is ocean front in a nice resort with plenty of amenities & shopping close by. Easy to get to from interstate. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we are back in the Myrtle Beach area.

Very Nice!

Clean,updated,comfortable condo. The best feature is the large balcony where you will want to enjoy your morning coffee and it’s also a great place to hang out while the rain clouds pass. Location is wonderful and the beach was not crowded. Overall great place to stay.

Perfect Kingston Location

This is a perfect location if you are attending a conference at the Embassy Suites. North Hampton has all of the boxes checked: Easy parking, secure building, easy access to beach and common walkway. The condo is well stocked with amenities and clean; check in directions were clear and easy to follow. The beach at this location has chairs and umbrellas for rent if you don't want to bring all of your beach gear, which was a huge plus for me. I would definately stay here again.

Reviews were 100% accurate !

Rented this property based off of all of the wonderful reviews. Everything was excellent! Clean and inviting. No issues. Once we found were everything was located ( third elevator goes right to the basement , make a right turn and you walk into the storage area where we were able to store our cart and chairs in the cage and walk right out the other side and strait to the beach. Wonderful having this and not having to bring to the room or leave in our car like other units) Only thing that would have been better is a key pad to get into room instead of keys. But other than that, perfect!

Beautiful views over looking the beach, especially while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or Bloody Mary.....very clean, updated condo and well maintained. It was nice having an extra area for the beach stuff on the lower level so you do not have to drag it up to the condo. Would go back again!! Thank you

I love MB, and I really love Kingston Plantation. This unit in North Hampton exceeded our expectations. It is so well appointed, so clean and fresh upon arrival. The furniture, the beds, the linens - 5 star. The owner is very responsive as is the property manager. Probably one of the best properties we have rented in over ten years. Myrtle Beach at its best

We have stayed many places in our annual Myrtle Beach vaca. This is the cleanest condo we've stayed in, great view, quiet but close to everything. Also 200 ft from a beachside bar and restaurant on the 2nd floor of the neighboring Hilton hotel. This condo is in a complex named Kingston Plantation with many condos for rent which is where we like to stay but again this was the cleanest with many accessories especially a storage area with some items to use ie; umbrella, chairs, floating. You will not be disappointed also had 1 minor issue with the condo being warm when we 1st arrived, info sheet on counter said to call the owner which we did who picked up on 2nd ring and told us how to adjust the ac to make a little cooler. Pleasant call and resolved in 2 minutes, what a pleasure. Enjoy your stay here you will not be disappointed.

Amazing!!!

This place was amazing. Exactly how the photos looked online. Very, very clean. The deck was enormous and beautiful views. The Kingston Plantion had everything you needed. You didn't even have to leave the resort. Great little pub on site, ice cream place, and pizza place. Hopefully I will be a homeowner of a cute little condo in North Hampton.

We are Canadians from Southern Ontario who relocated to the U.S. for work. After 20 years in the Kansas City area we decided to retire in a warmer climate near the beach. After many years of vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area, we decided to make this our permanent home.
