The condo was perfect for us. My husband and I had a room and my daughter her husband and baby had the next. It was so spacious. Loved having the washer and dryer there as well. The views from the balcony was beautiful. Our host was so so helpful and got back to us really quick. I would recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of parking!!

We enjoyed our stay

Communication prior to our stay was very good and the check in was easy, even for my older parents who arrived before my son, and I arrived. Their only issue was with the security guard at the gate when they arrived who was a little gruff with them. Otherwise, the stay was nice, and location was ideal for our trip.

Clean, oceanfront

The condo is perfect. Very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being right on the ocean and close to many restaurants and shopping. The owner was easy to reach and in communication with us to ensure that all was well. We recommend this rental and would rent again. Thanks for a great week!

Great location and service

The condo was clean and updated. Great views of the ocean. The parking in right at the entrance, I had no issues with finding a space at any time of the day. Less than 5 minutes from Walmart and TangerOutlets. The property owner was very responsive when we had questions and followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful, clean and steps away from the beach

The unit was perfect for my boyfriend and my 2 kids. Clean, spacious and beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. The homeowner was responsive to my inquiries. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that we didn’t have access to the gym in Kingston. The listing said we had access but we actually did not.

Enjoyed our stay

First time VRBO user and I was not fully aware of how the check in worked. Luckily owner was patient and walked us through it. We even were notified that the place was ready early which was perfect since we arrived early and the kids were excited. Place was very clean and as pictured. Spacious rooms great views of the sun rise. This was our first time staying right on the beach and it spoiled us. Normally we stay at a friend’s condo in Sunset Beach and had a car ride to the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk right out and if I needed something from the room it was easy to get. Pools were right there as well. The location was perfect and we had plenty of places to go to within minutes. Parking was easy and there was always a spot close to the elevators. The only disappointment was I checked hot tub as an amenity and while the place had them, only Hilton resort guests could use them. We asked the front desk if there was a fee we could pay and it was a resounding “no” and they would be checking for wristbands. If you are looking for a clean quiet place on the beach with a responsive owner this is a good one.

Needs upgrade of rugs in both bedrooms. Very dirty! Sink faucets in both bathrooms have very little flow of water. Keurig was broken and kitchen crockpot was missing the actual crockpot/lid. We ate out! Other than that I think with the necessary upgrades, this would be an excellent place to stay.

I honestly can't say enough about this property. It was everything that it was promised. It was clean and had a fantastic layout. The geographic area was wonderful. The beach and both swimming pools were right outside the door of the building. I was there for 3 days and never had to move my car once I got there. There are restaurants to walk to within 5 minutes at the most and easy boardwalk, access to everything. I can say with all honesty that I am a little hard to please. And I definitely was not disappointed. The host is very community and quick to answer any question that you may have. I will definitely stay here again!

This location was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. The condo its self was better than the pictures, with so much room that everyone was comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect. It was very clean upon arrival and decently stocked with necessities. Michael was very prompt in responding to any questions that we had leading up to the trip, and very accommodating. Fully recommend booking this location. I know we will return in the future.
