Beautiful, clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Centrally located, quiet, family-friendly, comfortable, and stylish place to stay! This clean, smoke-free condo sleeps 4 comfortably. We use enhanced cleaning procedures to make this a great place to stay.

Located in a quiet, very safe, family-friendly community, it is just an easy 10 minutes to Cleveland Clinic, 10 minutes to the popular SawGrass Mills Mall/ Shopping Area, 25 minutes to the famous Hard Rock Casino, 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport and 25 minutes to the beach. There are many restaurants and eateries nearby.

You get the privacy and safety of the entire condo, which has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, living room with big screen TV and queen sofabed, full bathroom with a whirlpool tub/shower combo and a conveniently located half bathroom. Clean, relaxing, family-friendly place with a balcony that overlooks a small canal. This is a comfortable, home-like place that allows you to readily get to the wide range of things to do and enjoy in South Florida.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a tournament at the Weston Sports Park. Lots to do in the area and plenty of restaurants. The condo was great and clean. A very safe building and a close parking spot. The pool was nice as well. I liked that it was a very easy drive from the airport.

Another great experience

We had an extended stay of 15 days and had every amenity that we needed, including beach chairs, great kitchen appliances, and even a lovely welcome basket with edible goodies . Dee, our host, was quick to address our questions when asked and just a breeze to work with. This is a nice place to stay, close enough to wonderful shopping, parks, and entertainment We decided to take in a professional Hockey game, less than 20 minutes away. Very nice stay once again. This was our second time using this apartment. Note - high tub if that is an issue.

great property

It was the second time my wife and I stayed at this property and it was as outstanding as the first time. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry facilities came in handy. The host Dee left us a wonderful gift basket. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great stay

Stayed for a week during Christmas. The property was just what we needed. Well stocked kitchen so we could cook. Very clean and comfy. Bed was comfortable. Close to grocery stores . Dee was a very gracious host and actually did a bit of festive decorating for us and the basket of snacks was much appreciated by the grandchildren.Thank youCarol

Weston condo

The condo was very clean with comfortable furniture and stocked with a welcome basket of snacks, bottled water and coffee. It was a quiet location, but conveniently located to jump onto the expressway to visit family, friends and the beach. We were there in late fall, but the pool looked great if visiting in the summer months. Overall, five stars, exceptional!

Amazing stay.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartments, everything was as described and even exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't mind staying there in the future, great location well kept place, and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is beautiful, and very clean. It is 15-60 minutes from many tourist attractions. There are plate sets for 4. The unit worked very well for me and my wife.

Mini vacation

After long, busy, and loud days at work, coming “home” to a clean and cozy place is all I needed, and it is what I got. I had no problems while staying here everything was great.

Visit with Family in Davie

This unit was very clean and extremely well furnished and stocked with supplies including Kcups, bottled water, and a basket of snacks. This host was very accessible and an absolute treat to deal with. I would definitely book this place again if it is available the next time we come to visit this area.

Comfort

We were in contact a few times with the host for a variety of reasons and Dee was just wonderful. Not only was she pleasant, and quick to answer but she resolved everything as quickly as possible. We liked the location, close to my mom’s assisted living location, and easy highway access. Shopping nearby, lots of restaurant options too. We liked having the screened porch and great appliances for quick coffee and food options at home. Laundry in the house was great and having one and a half baths was a plus. Dee left us a basket of goodies and there was plenty in the house to get us started with our stay, making this an easy home away from home. We look forward to returning again someday.

Quiet Neighborhood

Not a lot nearby for tourists, but it is a quiet and safe family neighborhood. The host and unit amenities went beyond our expectations.

A great place to stay when visiting the greater Ft. Lauderdale area.

This was a very comfortable condo in a very safe area just outside of Ft. Lauderdale, but it still provided easy access to all the communities and attractions within a 20-mile radius. There are coded locks at the entry to the building and to the condo itself. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and has all the modern appliances. The screened porch was a great place to sit and start the day with our morning coffee. The condo owner was excellent with her communications to us, and she responded quickly to any questions we had about it or the area. It was everything that we wanted for our trip to FL to visit family.

First VRBO experience

Never having booked with VRBO we were a little hesitant but can't say enough good things about this property and Dee was the best host we could have asked for. Condo was spotless and had every amenity you could want. Weston is a beautiful city - clean, well manicured properties and we felt totally safe the entire time we spent there. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great stay

Apartment is very nice with all the things you might need. Easy check in, clear instructions. 9-11 min drive to Cleveland Clinic. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked already after! Building is a bit older but that didn't bother us. And we loved sitting on the screened patio overlooking the water.

Spacious, Clean, Quiet Condo

Exceptional spacious, clean quiet condo with excellent internet. The owner provided everything you could possibly need including some snacks. The owner was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Only about 20 miles from Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommended.

Extremely comfortable

My host, Dee, was outstanding. She was extremely accommodating and cordial. Condo was tremendous and having a washer/dryer was a godsend. Will definitely return next year!

Wonderful spot!

This condo was perfect for my daughter and me; we felt comfortable and welcomed. Our host set up a wonderful little basket full of treats that were truly unexpected. such a nice touch!

Perfect for our beeds

This rental was comfortable and fit our needs. The price was fair. It was a very nice area to go for walks during our down time. We loved the porch which had a beautiful palm tree and looked out to a pond . And the owner had a welcome basket of snacks and drinks. It was absolutely wonderful and came in handy as our day included 10 hours of travel delays.
