If you are searching for a super clean, nicely decorated, comfy condo close to the beach, this is the place for you!! This peaceful, relaxing north end condo faces a beautiful, landscaped courtyard and pool! Located on the third floor (NO ELEVATOR), it offers beautiful ocean views and quiet accommodations with no worries about noisy footsteps overhead. It includes a one bedroom queen bed with ample space for a cot or portable crib (not provided), a sink and vanity area and a washer/dryer unit. Also included is a super comfortable queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, counter tops and appliances. It is supplied with a full set of dishes and glassware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Also available are two televisions with DVD players, a stereo system, and free WiFi, cable TV and Internet access. As an added extra bonus, this condo includes 1.5 bathrooms for that extra needed personal care space. Each room in the unit has been carefully decorated and will add a touch of homey comfort to your beach vacation. Pool access is included with your rental. You will also want to take advantage of this opportunity to vacation within a short walk of the fishing pier and Freeman Park. Amenities they have to offer include a drive on beach for four wheel drive vehicles, the High Tide Lounge, and the Low Tide Tiki Bar, both located at the fishing pier.

A one time cleaning charge of $105 will be applied to each rental.

Due to severe allergies, this condo is a pet-free zone.
NO PETS OR SMOKING are permitted on the premises at any time. A $150 pet fee will apply if violated! An additional $25 fee per person per night will be added for violations of the 4 person maximum capacity.
This is a SMOKE FREE property. Smoking is NOT permitted in any area of the condo or deck. An additional fee will apply

Property is protected by Blink security camera in the main outdoor stairwell.

Our favorite condo at the beach. The condo is immaculately clean and well maintained. We appreciate the condo being well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. I love sitting on the balcony! The new beach access across street is great. Great communication from host.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was the perfect size and in an excellent location with easy access to the beach. Everything was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was also conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The owner provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out simple and stress-free. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend—10/10!

VERY CLEAN! Everything was seamless and check-in details were provided in advance! Host had everything ready at your finger tips and made the stay easy! It does mention condo is in the third floor, but it was a very easy climb! Don’t let the third floor intimidate you!
