Conveniently Located close to downtown. No stairs to climb.

The guest house is conveniently located just blocks from downtown Livingston. Easy walk to shops, diners, bars, art galleries and more. No stairs to climbs as it is all on one level. Comfortable kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator just like home. After all your adventures kick back in the 2 recliners and relax awhile. Two bedrooms with one queen bed each. One bathroom with a shower. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Access is from the alley as the guest house sits behind the owners home. Convenient incase you need anything. One parking spot in the alley otherwise on street parking.

Just like home!!

Lige House was our home away from home for Thanksgiving. We found everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our tasty Thanksgiving meal and the recliners were a comfortable place to watch football. Thank you for sharing it with us Tess!

Loved our stay!

We had a great time in Livingston! This house has the perfect location to walk down town. It’s a cute, cozy home, great for a weekend getaway with friends. The host was responsive, and check-in/out was easy.

Sweet and Cozy...

We enjoyed the special touches and loved the space and comfort of the house. Very sweet patio and gardens to also enjoy the outside. Felt very safe and was conveniently located.

Perfect Place for our Stay

This was a great place for us to stay and go on little day trips around Livingston and the surrounding areas. It was very clean and comfortable and nice to be near downtown. Tess, the owner, is nearby to help with any questions and we enjoyed meeting her! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Very nice house, clean and well stocked. Owner was very responsive when we had trouble finding the house (my fault as I typed the wrong street in Goggle maps)

Wonderful!

Second year in a row at the Lige House. Tess provided us with everything that we need inside the cottage - and the outside seating area is both charming & spacious. We're hoping to return next year!

Nice place to stay

Cute, comfortable, and clean as described. The kitchen had plenty of equipment if you wanted to cook, and they also had some staples which was great. Close to down town, and your own parking space tucked in by the cottage. Easy check in and communication with the owner. Would recommend!

Visit with family in Livingston

Great in-town location providing an easy walk to downtown stores and restaurants, the Yellowstone River, the nearby park, etc, Perfect for visiting in town family/friends or as a stepping off point to Yellowstone, Bozeman, and other MT destinations. Cottage was clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable for the two of us. Parking right outside the door and access to owner's deck and grill. Will be our first choice for our next visit.

The Lige House

It was a lovely place - very clean and decorated with fun things. Beautiful flowers around in the yard and a pretty and comfortable patio. Tess was a gracious and kind host, she adds some nice amenities to this neat little house. We’ll definitely be repeat guests!

Home town visit and class reunion

The property was perfect for our stay. The property manager was very attentive to whatever we needed. The house was perfect for my sister-in-law and I for our week in Livingston. The house was cozy and everything was great. We loved it. Thank you Tess for such a wonderful property. We loved it.

Great Experience

Tess is great to work with, very kind and efficient. Her place is well stocked with necessities and very clean. The kitchen is large and well designed. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Highly recommend !!

Yellowstone NP and fly fishing

The property was very comfortable and well equipped. My host Tess went way above and beyond normal duties to ensure I saw and enjoyed Yellowstone NP having come all the way from Australia. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Livingston Montana Gem

Awesome, cozy, and super private VRBO gem in Livingston. Perfect centralized spot. Close to Yellowstone, Paradise Valley, Bozeman, Gallatin Valley, and Big Sky. Host was flexible, super nice, and easy to communicate with! Thanks Tess! Hope to stay again in the future.

Great Place!

This is a wonderful place in a great part of Livingston! The cottage was both cozy AND spacious (yes, you can have it both ways) and Tess made sure that we had everything that we needed. Also, kudos to the outside area - late afternoons were spent enjoying the birds (and the occasional bunny). Planning on returning next year!

Perfect host

The furnishings were beautiful and it was very well stocked. Our host was so accommodating and was helpful in so many ways. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again the next time we go to Montana!

Lige House

It was a nice comfortable property. We’ve stayed at other places in Livingston since we often go see music at Pine Creek, and this place had the best beds so far. We also enjoyed having access to the deck and grill, especially since any restaurant meals seem to be $70 theses days.

Better than a motel

I rented this for family. It is very nice and clean. Nicely finished and comfortable. The owner is easy to work with. We with definitely rent it again.
